پیشران‌های تغییر در سبک زندگی خانوادۀ ایرانی

خانواده یکی از کلیدی‌ترین نهادهای اجتماعی است که تقریباً در تمامی ابعاد و مولفه‌هایش از ماهیت شکل‌گیری و مفهوم گرفته تا ساختار، نقش و کارکردهای درونی و بیرونی در طول تاریخ و در جوامع مختلف دستخوش تحولات متعددی قرار گرفته است. هرچند روندهای همسویی در خصوص تغییرات خانواده در سراسر جهان مشاهده می‌شود، اما نوع، سرعت و میزان غالب تغییر و تحولات مولفه‌های مربوط به خانواده در جوامع مختلف یکسان نبوده و به بسیاری از عوامل تاریخی، اقتصادی، فنّاوری، اجتماعی و فرهنگی بستگی داشته است. شناسایی تحولات این حوزه، روندهای موجود و پیشران‌های تاثیرگذار بر تحولات آتی این نهاد نه‌تنها برای سیاست‌گذاران بلکه برای بسیاری از نهادهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی بسیار ارزشمند است. در این مقاله، با مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبۀ‌ عمیق، تغییرات خانوادۀ ایرانی از حیث ماهیت، ساختار، کارکرد و سبک زندگی در طول نیم قرن گذشته دسته‌بندی و توصیف شده‌اند و مولفه‌ها و پیشران‌های عمدۀ تاثیرگذار بر تحولات آتی این حوزه شناسایی شده‌اند. آگاهی از پیشران‌های شکل‌دهندۀ آینده گام مهمی در ارزیابی هزینه منفعت مفاد طرح‌هایی است که قرار است مبنای خط‌ مشی ‌گذاری در سطوح مختلف قرار گیرند.

the family is one of the key social foundation that has undergone many changes in almost every aspect and its components - from the nature of the formation and from the concept to the structure, role and functions of the inner and outer - throughout history in various societies. although, there are same direction trends in family change across the world, the type, speed, and extent of changes in family-related components in different societies are not the same and depend on many historical, economic, technological, social and cultural factors. identifying the changes in this field, existing trends and influential drivers on the future changes of this foundation is very valuable not only for policymakers, but also for many economic, social and cultural foundation. this article has been classified and described through library studies and deep interviews on the changes in the iranian family in terms of the nature, structure, function and lifestyle of the past half century, as well as the major components and impacts on future changes in this field. awareness of future-shaping drivers is an important step in evaluating the cost-benefit of the provisions of projects that are to form the basis of policy-making at various levels.
