تحلیل توسعۀ نقش زنان در جهت ارتقای شغلی با تاکید بر سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی

یکی از معیارهای توسعه‌یافتگی جوامع در قرن 21 توسعۀ فرهنگی آن است که زیربنای سایر شاخه‌های‌ توسعه محسوب می‌شود. یکی از معیارهای توسعۀ فرهنگی اهمیت و ارزشی است که زنان در آن کشور دارا ‌هستند. هدف این مقاله تحلیل توسعۀ نقش زنان جهت ارتقای شغلی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی شهر تهران است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد زن در حوزۀ مرتبط مدیریتی سازمان تامین اجتماعی است که به کمک روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و جدول کوکران، 140 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش توصیفی پیمایشی است و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته است که شامل سه متغیر و 25 پرسش است. یافته‌های‌ پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی و رگرسیون نشان داد که بر مبنای سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی توسعۀ نقش زنان جهت ارتقای سازمانی با تقویت سه متغیرِ نگرش‌های شخصی زنان، فرهنگ خانوادگی، و بهبود شرایط اجتماعی‌ تایید می‌شود.

analysis of development of women’s role to forward job promotion with emphasis on cultural policy making in governmental organization

one of the criteria for  development of communities in 21century is cultural development that is considered as foundation for other branches of development. one of the criteria of cultural development is importance and value that women have in a country. the aim of current article is analysis of development of women’s role for job promotion with emphasis on cultural policy making in governmental organizations. the statistical population of the research consist of female managers and senior experts in the  social security organization in tehran city that out of them based on morgan table, a sample of 140 was randomly selected. the methodology of research is descriptive-survey and data collect tools is likert scale questionnaire comprising 3 factors and 25 items. the results of the research by using correlation and regression tests, indicated that development of women’s role for job promotion with emphasis on cultural policy making approved by context reinforcement of three variables: women’s personal attitudes, family culture, improving social conditions.
