بررسی اثر تمرینات ادراکی حرکتی بر توجه پایدار و عملکرد حافظه کودکان طیف اوتیسم

مقدمه و هدف: کودکان طیف اوتیسم دارای اختلال در تکالیف شناختی از جمله توجه و حافظه هستند. هدف این مطالعه تعیین تاثیر تمرینات ادراکی-حرکتی بر توجه پایدار و عملکرد حافظه کودکان اوتیسم بود.روش کار: روش مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کودکان اوتیسم شهر اهواز بود که تعداد 30 نفر به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و بعد از تکمیل مقیاس اوتیسم به صورت تصادفی به گروه همگن آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ابزار پژوهش مقیاس اوتیسم، آزمون عملکرد پیوسته و آزمون حافظه بود. هر دو گروه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون، آزمون عملکرد پیوسته و حافظه را اجرا کردند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 2 جلسه تحت تمرینات ادراکی-حرکتی قرار گرفت. داده ها از طریق آزمون های t مستقل و تحلیل کوواریانس با نرم افزار spss نسخه 26 و در سطح معنی داری 0/05 تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: تاثیر تمرینات ادراکی-حرکتی در عملکرد حافظه ای در خرده مقیاس های اطلاعات عمومی، جهت یابی، کنترل ذهنی، تکرار ارقام رو به جلو، حافظه منطقی، یادگیری تداعی و حافظه بینایی معنی دار بود (0/05>p). همچنین تمرینات ادراکی-حرکتی در متغیر توجه پایدار در خرده مقیاس های نسبت پاسخ صحیح به محرک هدف، نسبت پاسخ صحیح به محرک غیر هدف، زمان واکنش پاسخ صحیح، خطای حذف و خطای ارتکاب به طور معنی دار موثر بود (0/05>p).نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج، تمرینات ادراکی-حرکتی می تواند باعث بهبود توجه پایدار و حافظه در کودکان طیف اوتیسم شود. بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود آموزش و تمرین فعالیت های ادراکی-حرکتی در دستور کار مربیان و کار درمانگران مراکز آموزشی و درمانی قرار گیرد.

investigating the effect of perceptual-motor exercises on sustained attention and memory performance of children with autism spectrum

introduction: children with autism spectrum have disorders in cognitive tasks, including attention and memory. the aim of this study was to determine the effect of perceptual-motor exercises on the sustained attention and memory performance of autistic children.materials and methods: the method of the study was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design and a control group. the statistical population included the autistic children of ahvaz city, 30 of whom were selected through available sampling and, after completing the autism scale, they were randomly divided into a homogeneous experimental and control group. research tools included autism scale, continuous performance test and memory test. both groups performed continuous performance and memory tests in the pre- and post-tests. the experimental group underwent perceptual-motor exercises for eight weeks, two sessions per week. data were analyzed through independent t-tests and analysis of covariance with spss software version 26 at a significance level of 0.05.results: the effect of perceptual motor exercises on memory performance in subscales of general information, orientation, mental control, repetition of forward digits, logical memory, associative learning, and visual memory was significant (p<0.05). also, perceptual-motor exercises were significantly effective in the variable of sustained attention in the subscales of ratio of correct response to target stimulus, ratio of correct response to non-target stimulus, correct response reaction time, omission error, and commission error (p<0.05).conclusion: based on the results, perceptual-motor exercises can improve sustained attention and memory in children with autism spectrum. therefore, it is suggested that the training and practice of perceptual-motor activities be included in the agenda of trainers and occupational therapists of educational and therapeutic centers.
