بررسی چالش‌ میان دو واجب دینی «حفظ صله رحم» و «ترک مجلس گناه» با رویکرد اخلاق کاربردی

رواج روزافزون گناه در مهمانی‌ ها، امروزه یکی از مشکلات مهم اجتماعی در جوامع مسلمان است. این مشکل برای افراد متدین زمانی بیشتر رخ می‌نماید که با وقوع گناه در مجالس اقوام مواجه می‌شوند. از آنجا که پیوند خویشاوندی در فرهنگ ایرانی اسلامی جایگاه بسیار بالایی دارد ترک مجلس، به راحتی امکان‌پذیر نیست و حتی گاهی منجر به قطع روابط خانوادگی می‌شود. از طرفی، ماندن در مجلس گناه نیز عواقب ناگواری دارد. در چنین موقعیتی فرد متدین به‌عنوان یک فاعل اخلاقی با چالش بزرگی بین حفظ صله رحم و ترک مجلس گناه مواجه است. پژوهش حاضر در صدد است با روش تحلیلی، راه حلی جهت برون‌رفت از این چالش اخلاقی ارائه دهد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد هرچند هر یک از دو طرف چالش، ادله دینی و علمی محکمی دارند؛ اما به دلیل درنظر نگرفتن همه جوانب، و صدور حکم کلی، ناکارآمد هستند. راه حل پیشنهادی، تحلیل وضعیت و تفصیل حکم است.

investigating the challenge between the two religious obligations of maintaining kinship and leaving the place of sin with an applied ethical approach

the increasing prevalence of sin in partys is one of the major social problems in muslim societies today. this problem is especially true for religious people when they encounter sin at the family party. because kinship is so high in iranian-islamic culture, leaving the party is not easily possible and sometimes even leads to cut off relations. on the other hand, staying in the place of sin also has unfortunate consequences. in such a situation, the religious person as a moral agent faces a great challenge between maintaining kinship and leaving the place of sin. the present study seeks to provide a solution to get out of this moral challenge by analytical method. the results show that although both sides of the challenge have strong scientific and religious arguments, they are inefficient because they do not consider all aspects and general judgments. the proposed solution is to analyze the situation and detail the rule.
