شناسایی پیشران‌های توسعه صنعت پتروشیمی ایران و ترسیم سناریوهای آینده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف شناسایی پیشران‌های موثر بر توسعه صنعت پتروشیمی در ایران انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث روش ترکیبی است که شامل دو مرحله اصلی مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اعتبارسنجی توسط خبرگان، در سطح اکتشافی و مبتنی بر رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی و سناریو نگاری صورت گرفته است.روش: در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای پیشرانها شناسایی شده و پس از شناسایی به تائید خبرگان رسید. جامعه هدف پژوهش، پژوهشگران و خبرگان دانشگاهی و مدیران ارشد صنعت پتروشیمی بودند که در حوزه آینده‌پژوهی تجربه‌های علمی و عملی داشتند. برای نمونه گیری نیز از روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی استفاده شد. پیشران‌های حیاتی با نرم افزار میک مک بر پایه روش تحلیل اثرات متقاطع شناسایی شدند. در ادامه آینده صنعت پتروشیمی در ایران در قالب 16 سناریو بر پایه نرم افزار سناریو ویزارد، مبتنی بر روش سایب ترسیم گردید.یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که 40 پیشران موثر بر توسعه صنعت پتروشیمی شناسایی شد. در نهایت بر اساس پیشران‌های کلیدی 16 سناریوی باورپذیر بررسی و درجه اهمیت آنها مشخص شد.نتیجه گیری: سناریوهایی که دارای وزن بیشتری دارند عبارت است از‌: توسعه پایدار، پذیرش فناوری‌های جدید، تحول دیجیتال، توسعه بازارهای نوظهور و تغییر اقلیم و اثرات آن می‌باشند. در انتها برای مواجهه با چالش‌ها و بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های آینده صنعت پتروشیمی، پیشنهادها و راهکارهایی مطرح شده است.

identifying the development drivers of iran's petrochemical industry and drawing future scenarios

objective: the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the drivers affecting the development of the petrochemical industry in iran. in terms of practical purpose, this research is a combined method that includes two main stages of library studies and validation by experts, at the exploratory level and based on the future research and scenario planning approach.method: in the present study, propellants were identified using library studies, and after identification, they were approved by experts. the target community of the research was academic researchers and experts and senior managers of the petrochemical industry who had scientific and practical experiences in the field of futurology. the snowball sampling method was also used for sampling. the critical drivers were identified with mic mac software based on the method of cross-effects analysis. next, the future of the petrochemical industry in iran was drawn in the form of 16 scenarios based on the scenario wizard software, based on the slope method.findings: the results of the research indicate that 40 drivers effective on the development of the petrochemical industry were identified. finally, based on the key drivers, 16 plausible scenarios were investigated and their importance was determined.conclusion: the scenarios that have more weight are: sustainable development, adoption of new technologies, digital transformation, development of emerging markets and climate change and its effects. at the end, suggestions and solutions have been proposed to face the challenges and take advantage of the future opportunities of the petrochemical industry.
