طراحی مدل رهبری اخلاقی آینده نگر در سازمان های مبتنی بر مسئولیت اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه: ستاد اجرایی فرمان امام(ره) و بنیاد مستضعفان)

هدف: در عصر حاضر آینده نگری از مهم ترین پارادایم های رهبری محسوب می گردد لذا هدف پژوهش با مبنا قرار دادن متغیر آینده نگری در ترسیم نقشه نگاشت؛ طراحی مدل رهبری اخلاقی آینده نگر مبتنی بر مسئولیت اجتماعی می باشد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از حیث روش شناسی، ترکیبی(کمی و کیفی) و از نظر نوع پژوهش در زمره پژوهش های توسعه ی مدل است. جامعه ی پژوهش؛ ستاد اجرایی فرمان امام(ره) و بنیاد مستضعفان بوده، خبرگان پژوهش نیز با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 26نفر از مدیران عالی و میانی این دستگاه ها هستند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات نیز مطالعات کتابخانه ای و بررسی میدانی می باشد. روش های تجزیه و تحلیل نیز تکنیک دلفی و روش سودا (توسعه و تحلیل تفکرات استراتژیک) بوده است.یافته ها: براساس یافته ها، تعداد 32مولفه رهبری اخلاقی،20مولفه آینده نگری و 25مولفه مسئولیت اجتماعی به دست آمد، این متغیرها نیز در 4 بعد اصلی خوشه بندی گردید. سپس با تاکید بر متغیر آینده نگری در ترسیم نگاشت شناختی روابط بین متغیرهای مذکور و تجزیه و تحلیل آن مدل نهایی رائه گردید. شناسایی عناصر رهبری با تاکید بر 20 مولفه آینده نگری به طور مسلم در ارائه نقشه جامع تاثیرگذار بود.نتیجه گیری: رهبری اخلاقی شامل ابعاد توانمندسازی، صفات مشخصه، آگاهی اخلاقی و مردم مداری- جامعه مداری دارای تاثیر و تاثر بر ابعاد مسئولیت اجتماعی می باشد. متغیر آینده نگری نیز شامل ابعاد چشم انداز، حساسیت به نیازهای کارکنان، منعطف بودن در تغییر و تحولات و حساس بودن به محیط بر متغیررهبری اخلاقی موثر است. سلسله مراتب عناصر نفوذ کننده، عامل اقتصادی، بشر دوستانه، زیست محیطی و قانونی است. مولفه قانونی بودن نیز تاثیرپذیرترین عامل، در پژوهش مشخص گردید.

designing a forward-looking ethical leadership model in organizations based on social responsibility (study case: farman imam (ra) executive headquarters and mustafafan foundation)

purpose: in today’s era, foresight is considered one of the most important leadership paradigms, so the purpose of the research is to base the variable of foresight on mapping; designing a prospective ethical leadership model is based on social responsibility.method: in terms of methodology, the present research is mixed (quantitative and qualitative) and in terms of research type, it is among model development researches. research community; the executive headquarters of barman imam and mustazafan foundation, the experts of the research are 26 senior and middle managers of these organizations using the purposeful sampling method. the method of collecting information is library studies and field research. the analysis methods were delphi technique and soda method (development and analysis of strategic thinking).findings: based on the findings, 32 components of ethical leadership, 20 components of foresight and 25 components of social responsibility were obtained. these variables were also clustered in 4 main dimensions. then, by emphasizing the variable of foresight in drawing the cognitive mapping of the relationships between the mentioned variables and analyzing it, the final model was created. identifying the elements of leadership with emphasis on 20 components of foresight was definitely effective in presenting a comprehensive plan.conclusion: leadership includes the dimensions of empowerment, characteristic traits, moral awareness and people-oriented-society-oriented, which has an impact on the dimensions of social responsibility. the foresight variable also includes perspective dimensions, sensitivity to employees’ needs, flexibility in changes and developments, and sensitivity to the environment, is effective on the ethical leadership variable.
