ترسیم آینده های بدیل سرمایه اجتماعی از منظر قواعد فقهی (موردمطالعه: قواعد فقهی غرور، تعاون، احسان)

هدف:فرهنگ از جمله پیشران های عناصر اجتماعی و اقتصادی است . فقه به عنوان یک بخش از فرهنگ دینی اگر به درستی شناخته و در عرصه های اجتماعی عملیاتی گردد می تواند هم اکنون و در آینده منشاء اثرات بی بدیلی باشد که سلامت جامعه را تضمین نماید. هدف این پژوهش آن است که پیوند و ارتباط میان قواعد فقهی(غرور، تعاون ، احسان) و شاخص های سرمایه اجتماعی(شامل اعتماد ، مشارکت و انسجام اجتماعی) را تشریح و تبیین نماید. روش:این مقاله در زمره پژوهش های کیفی است که به شیوه اسنادی با مطالعه و غور در متون فقهی و همچنین متون مرتبط با مفهوم سرمایه اجتماعی انجام پذیرفته است. یافته ها:نتایج حاصله حاکی از آن است که هیچ رفتار اجتماعی نیست که در خلا شکل گرفته باشد. لذا رفتار آدمی همواره متاثر از بینش ها و نگرش هایی است که افراد معتقد به آن هستند. قواعد فقهی مذکور که خود ریشه در تعالیم دین مبین اسلام دارند، نیروی عظیم، در افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی بومی قلمداد گردیده که می توانند زمینه تسهیل و تسریع رشد این سرمایه را شتاب بخشند. نتیجه گیری:قواعد فقهی منبعث از آموزه های اسلامی فرا زمانی و فرا مکانی بوده که مراعات و کاربست آنها درعرصه های مختلف زندگی فردی و اجتماعی منجر به قوام و انباشت سرمایه اجتماعی خواهد شد.به طوریکه می توان گفت در بسیاری از قواعد فقهی بدون آنکه به طور صریح از سرمایه اجتماعی نام برده شود، ولی مصادیق، مضامین و مفاد فراوانی را می توان یافت که به این امر تاکید دارد.

drawing alternative futures of social capital from the perspective of jurisprudential rules(case study: jurisprudential rules of pride, cooperation, kindness)

purpose: culture is one of the most important social and economic elements. abstract jurisprudence as a part of religious culture, if properly recognized and implemented in the social arena, can be the source of unique impacts in the present and future as well as ensure the health of the community. the aim of this study is to explain and elaborate the link and relationship between the juridical rules (pride, cooperation, and kindness) and social capital indices (trust, participation and social cohesion).method: this paper is one of qualitative research that has been conducted in documentary style with the study of jurisprudence in jurisprudence literature as well as texts associated with the concept of social capital.findings: the results indicate that there is no social behavior formed in a vacuum. therefore, the behavior of man is always affected by insights and attitudes that people believe. the jurisprudence rules, which are rooted in the teachings of religion, have witnessed great power in the increase of indigenous social capital which can facilitate and accelerate the growth of the capital.conclusion: islamic rules emanating from islamic teachings are meta- temporal and meta-spatial teachings that observing and implementing them in different space of individual and social life leads to consistency and accumulation of social capital. it can be said that in many jurisprudence rules without explicitly mentioning social capital, examples, content and provisions can be found to emphasize this.
