شناسایی و دسته‌بندی پیشران‌های موثر بر آینده آموزش حسابداری در ایران با استفاده از الگوی epistlu

هدف: مقاله حاضر به دنبال آن است که عوامل موثر بر آینده آموزش حسابداری در ایران را به روشی علمی و نظام‌مند شناسایی کرده و آن ها را به صورت طبقه بندی شده معرفی نماید. روش: هرچند روش‌های مختلفی برای آینده‌پژوهی وجود دارد، ولی در بیشتر آن‌ها شناسایی پیشران‌های شکل‌دهنده آینده ضروری است؛ بدین منظور تحقیق حاضر کوشیده است تا با روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و نظرسنجی از خبرگان، پیشران‌های تاثیرگذار بر آینده آموزش حسابداری را احصاء و سپس با استفاده از روش دلفی، مهم ترین آن ها را شناسایی نماید. یافته‌ها: 27 پیشران تاثیرگذار بر آینده آموزش حسابداری بر اساس الگوی epistlu، دسته‌بندی و به گروه‌های 7 گانه اقتصادی، سیاسی، نهادی، اجتماعی، فناوری، حقوقی و دانشگاهی تقسیم‌بندی شدند. مشارکت کنندگان در این تحقیق 15 نفر از خبرگان متخصص در زمینه حسابداری و آشنا با مباحث آینده‌پژوهی می‌باشند. نتیجه‌گیری: طبقه بندی یافته‌های این تحقیق در گروه‌های هفت‌گانه بالا نشان می‌دهد، عوامل متعدد و در هم تنیده‌ای بر آینده آموزش حسابداری در ایران تاثیرگذار بوده و می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد که برای شکل‌دهی به آینده آموزش حسابداری در ایران لازم است تمامی این عوامل متنوع را مورد توجه و برنامه‌ریزی قرار داد. احصاء و طبقه‌بندی پیشران‌ها، زمینه لازم برای اولویت‌بندی و تعیین میزان اهمیت هرکدام از این پیشران ها را فراهم می‌کند.

objective: the present study aimed to identify and categorize the effective drivers shaping the future of accounting education in iran in a scientific and systematic manner. methods: even if numerous methods have thus far developed for futures studies, it seems essential in most cases to identify the significant drivers affecting the future. for this purpose, the present study was an attempt to analyze the effective drivers in the future of accounting education through desk research methods and a survey of expert opinions, and then identify the most important ones using the delphi method. findings: in total, 27 effective drivers shaping the future of accounting education in iran were categorized based on the epistlu model, and then divided into seven groups; namely, economic, political, institutional, social, technological, legal, and academic. the study participants also included 15 experts engaged in the field of accounting and familiar with futures studies topics. conclusion: the categorization of the study findings with reference to the above-mentioned seven groups demonstrated that many intertwined drivers were involved in the future of accounting education in iran. accordingly, it is crucially important to reflect on all these various drivers and plan for them to shape the future of accounting education in this country. therefore, analyzing and categorizing such drivers paves the way for prioritizing and determining the importance of each one in the future of accounting education in iran.
