بررسی تاثیر حمایت مدیر فروش بر سلامت عاطفی نیروی فروش، با نقش میانجی نشخوار فکری

مدیران فروش به‌ عنوان یک رابط حیاتی بین نیروی فروش و شرکت‌ها، نقش کلیدی در حمایت و افزایش مهارت‌های نیروهای فروش خود دارند. لذا پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر حمایت مدیر فروش بر سلامت عاطفی نیروی فروش با نقش میانجی نشخوار فکری می‌پردازد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت روش، توصیفی – همبستگی است. از لحاظ گردآوری داده‌ها نیز یک تحقیق پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه نیروهای فروش شرکت‌های پخش مواد غذایی شهرستان شیراز می‌باشد. حجم نمونه، تعداد 322 نفر معین گردید. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته می‌باشد و پایایی پرسشنامه با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. برای به دست آوردن روش‌های آماری توصیفی از نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس و در آمار استنباطی از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و در نهایت، تحلیل عاملی مرتبه دوم استفاده ‌شده است. نتایج تحقیق، حاکی از این است که حمایت مدیر فروش بر مولفه‌های سلامت عاطفی نیروی فروش شامل مدیریت زمان، انگیزش، عکس‌العمل‌های عاطفی مثبت و انتظارات موفقیت آینده نیروی فروش، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و بر نشخوار فکری و تحلیل‌رفتگی عاطفی نیروی فروش، تاثیر منفی را نشان داد. همچنین تحلیل‌رفتگی عاطفی بر انگیزش نیروی فروش، ‌تاثیر منفی و انتظارات موفقیت آینده  بر انگیزش نیروی فروش، تاثیر مثبت دارد.

investigating the effect of sales manager support on the emotional health of the sales force, the mediating role of rumination

salesforce is costly and companies are looking for efficient and effective management. in the meantime, sales managers have a key role in supporting and increasing the skills of their sales force. the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of sales manager support on the emotional health of the sales force. the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey research in terms of data collection. the statistical population of the study is the sales forces of food distribution companies in shiraz. the sample size is 322 people. the research data were collected through a standard questionnaire and used to analyze the data using amos 21 software. the results indicate that sales manager support is positively related to time management skills, motivation, positive emotional reactions, and expectations of future sales force success and also negatively correlates with rumination and emotional exhaustion of salesforce. also, the emotional exhaustion of the sales force is negatively related and the expectations of the future success of the sales force are positively related to the motivation of the sales force.
