بررسی نقش و جایگاه فعالیت‌های سرمایه اجتماعی مدیرعامل بر مدیریت سود واقعی و عملکرد عملیاتی آینده شرکت‌ها (شواهدی از بورس اوراق بهادار تهران)

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش و جایگاه فعالیت‌های سرمایه اجتماعی مدیر عامل بر مدیریت سود واقعی و عملکرد عملیاتی آینده شرکت‌ها بوده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ آماری مورد مطالعه‌ شامل شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در دوره زمانی 1389 تا 1399 است. روش نمونه‌گیری پژوهش نیز به ‌صورت منظم انجام ‌شده است. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها و تخمین مدل تجربی پژوهش از روش تجزیه‌ و تحلیل همبستگی و رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده ‌شده است. همچنین، در این پژوهش به‌ منظور آزمون‌ فرضیه‌های پژوهش از نرم‌افزار اکسل، نرم‌افزار آماری حوزه علوم اجتماعی و برای محاسبات تخمین مدل‌های پژوهش حاضر از نرم‌افزار اقتصادسنجی ایویوز استفاده ‌شده است. به ‌طور کلی، نتایج کلی پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که نقش و جایگاه فعالیت‌های سرمایه اجتماعی مدیر عامل بر مدیریت سود واقعی و عملکرد عملیاتی آینده شرکت‌های پذیرفته ‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران به‌ طور معناداری، تاثیرگذار است.

investigating the role and position of the chief executive officer social capital activities on the management of real profits and the future operational performance of companies (evidence from tehran stock exchange)

the main aim of the current research was to investigate the role and place of ceo’s social capital activities on real profit management and future operational performance of companies. the present research method was descriptive-survey. the statistical population of the study included the companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange in the period from 2010 to 2021. the sampling method of the research has also been done regularly. correlation analysis and multivariate regression methods have been used to test the hypotheses and estimate the empirical model of the research. also, in this research, in order to test the hypotheses of the research, excel software, a statistical software of the statistical package for the social sciences (spss), has been used, and for the estimation calculations of the models of the present research, the econometric eviews software has been used. in general, the general results of the present research show that the role and position of the ceo’s social capital activities have a significant effect on the real profit management and the future operational performance of the companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange.
