بررسی پیوند ذهن و زبان در مدیریت نظامی (مورد مطالعه: جنگ روانی؛ با تکیه بر نمونه های ادبی)

جنگ روانی یک از اصلی‌ترین مباحث نظامی در عصر حاضر به‌حساب می‌آید. ازاین‌رو، مدیریت نظامی بر اساس شناخت دقیق و علمی عناصر جنگ روانی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. در مدیریت این نوع عملیات روانی با الگوهای سخت‌افزارانه و غیرفرهنگی و اجتماعی نمی‌توان تهدیدها را رفع نمود بلکه باید با عملیات نرم و شناخت شیوه‌های جنگ روانی و عناصر کاربردی هرکدام از آن‌ها بر دشمن غلبه نمود و اهداف نظامی خود را پیش برد. در این میان، جنگ روانی نمود اصلی پیوند زبان و اندیشه در مسائل نظامی است. در جنگ روانی باید با بررسی پیوند ذهن و زبان در به‌کارگیری هنر کلامی، هم به درک درستی از عملیات روانی دشمن رسید و هم در برنامه‌ریزی‌های نرم هدفمند علیه دشمن، به نتایج بهتری دست‌یافت؛ بنابراین هنر کلامی نقش بسیاری در ثمربخش بودن شیوه‌های جنگ روانی دارد. به شکلی که می‌توان با انتخاب کلمات ادبی مناسب و با در نظر گرفتن نقش روان‌شناختی آن‌ها، تاثیر عملیات روانی را دوچندان نمود. متاسفانه این موضوع در باب مدیریت نظامی به شکل مجزا تبیین نشده است. ازاین‌جهت، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از نمونه‌های برجسته جنگ روانی و با ارائه الگوهای ادبی، پیوند ذهن و زبان را در اجرای شیوه‌های این نوع عملیات روانی موردبررسی قرار می‌دهد.

psychological warfare is one of the main military issues in the present age. therefore, military management based on accurate and scientific knowledge of the elements of psychological warfare is of special importance. threats cannot be eliminated in the management of this type of psychological operations with hardware, non-cultural and social models. rather, it must overcome the enemy and advance its military goals by operating softly and recognizing the methods of psychological warfare and the practical elements of each of them. meanwhile, psychological warfare is the main manifestation of the connection between language and thought in military matters. in psychological warfare, one must understand the enemy’s psychological operations by examining the connection between mind and language in the application of verbal art. and also achieved better results in targeted soft planning against the enemy. thus, verbal art plays a large role in the effectiveness of psychological warfare methods. in a way that the effect of psychological operations can be doubled by choosing the appropriate literary words and taking into account their psychological role. unfortunately, this is not the case with military management.
