بررسی رابطه سرمایه‌های روان‌شناختی با اضطراب دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه علامه‌طباطبائی

سرمایه‌های روان‌شناختی شامل امید خوش‌بینی تاب‌آوری و خودکارآمدی است که در سال‌های اخیر موردتوجه قرارگرفته است و به بهبود عملکرد افراد در زمینۀهای مختلف کمک می‌کند. از طرفی اضطراب می‌تواند منجر به کاهش یا حتی تخریب عملکرد فرد شود لذا این پژوهش به بررسی ارتباط بین این دو مفهوم می‌پردازد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ باهدف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ رابطه ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ روان‌شناختی و اضطراب در دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه علامه‌ طباطبائی ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری کلیه‌ی دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی هست. نمونه‌ی این پژوهش شامل 200 نفر است که به‌صورت در دﺳﺘﺮس اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. اﺑﺰارﻫﺎی اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ روان‌شناختی ﻟﻮﺗﺎﻧﺰ (2007)، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اضطراب کتل (1958) می‌باشد. اﻃﻼﻋﺎت به‌دست‌آمده از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن ﻣﻮرد تجزیه‌وتحلیل ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. یافته‌ها ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد دارد به‌طوری‌که بین سرمایه روان‌شناختی و اضطراب دانشجویان رابطه منفی و معناداری وجود دارد (r=-0.155 و sig=0.028) یعنی با افزایش سرمایه روان‌شناختی دانشجویان از میزان اضطراب آن‌ها کاسته شده و بالعکس با کاهش مولفه‌های سرمایه روان‌شناختی به اضطراب دانشجویان اضافه می‌شود.

investigating the relationship between psychological capital and anxiety of female students of allameh tabatabai university

psychological capital include optimism, resilience, and self-efficacy w hich has been considered in recent years and it helps to improve people’s performance in different areas. on the other hand, anxiety can lead to a decrease or even destruction of a person’s performance, so we examine the relationship between these two concepts.the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and anxiety in female students of allameh tabatabai university.the statistical population of this study includes all female students of allameh tabatabai university.the sample of this research includes 200 people who have been selected and studied by the available method.the tools of this research are lutans (2007) psychological capital questionnaire and cattell anxiety questionnaire (1958). the data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using pearson correlation coefficient.findings showed that there is a significant relationship between research variables so that there is a negative and significant relationship between psychological capital and students’ anxiety(r=-0.155 sig=0.028) .that is, with the increase of students ’psychological capital, their anxiety decreases and, conversely, with the decrease of students’ psychological capital, their anxiety increases.
