واکاوی وضعیت خودکارآمدی دبیران

به‌طورکلی بقا و دوام و پیشرفت هر جامعه‌ای به کارایی و کیفیت تعلیم و تربیت آن جامعه بستگی دارد، هر کشوری به استادان و معلمان باانگیزه و کارآمد به‌عنوان یکی از ارکان تعلیم و تربیت نیاز دارد تا بتواند جوانان خود را در قالب نظام تعلیم و تربیت خود پرورش دهد و برای آینده‌ای بهتر آماده‌ کند. این مطالعه به‌منظور بررسی وضعیت خودکارآمدی در بین دبیران دبیرستان‌های استان قم انجام‌گرفته است تا از این رهگذر بتوان با تشخیص وضعیت خودکارآمدی، گام‌هایی در جهت ارتقاء سطح کارکردهای معلمان برداشت؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی سطح سلامت روان دبیران است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. در این پژوهش برای بررسی سطح خودکارآمدی از پرسشنامه استفاده‌شده است. پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی محتوا و محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. جامعه آماری، دبیران دبیرستان‌های استان قم به تعداد 2800 نفر بود که براساس جدول مورگان و به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی، 328 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. با توجه به حجم نمونه، داده‌ها از طریق آزمون تی تک نمونه تحلیل شد که نتایج نشان داد سطح خودکارآمدی دبیران در سطح مناسب است.

the effect of consumer values on environmental concerns regarding the moderating role of trust in green products

in general, the survival and development of any society depends on the efficiency and quality of education in that society. every country needs motivated and efficient teachers as one of the pillars of education to be able to educate its youth. develop its education system and prepare it for a better future. this study was conducted to investigate the self-efficacy status among high school teachers in qom province. in this way, by recognizing the status of self-efficacy, steps can be taken to improve the level of teachers’ functions. in this study, a questionnaire was used to assess the level of self-efficacy. the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were assessed through content validity and cronbach’s alpha calculation. the statistical population was high school teachers in qom province that 328 people were selected as a sample based on morgan table and random sampling method. the sample was analyzed and the results showed that the level of self-efficacy of teachers is at an appropriate level.
