|
A simple and clean synthesis of per-o-acetylation carbohydrate derivatives has been reported using a stoichiometric quantity of acetic anhydride under solvent-free conditions in the presence of i@go@cofe2o4 nanocomposite as an efficient magnetic nanocomposite. the efficient three-step preparation procedure of the magnetic nanocomposite included the synthesis of graphene oxide (go) that is added to a mixture of cofe2o4 nanoparticles, followed by doping iodine into magnetic graphene oxide sheets by mixing potassium triiodide-choline chloride (ki3:chcl) deep eutectic solvent (des) as an iodine source. the anchored phases are characterized by sem, xrd, ft-ir. as well as the aesthetically appealing structure of per-o-acetylation of sugar derivatives is well consistent with the measured spectroscopic data.
