|
Coronary heart disease (chd) is the most common cause of morbidity and mortality globally based on the world health organization (who) reports. ticagrelor, a cyclopentyltriazolo-pyrimidine, is known as a new chemical class of p2y12 antagonist which used in the wide spectrum for the treatment of coronary heart disease (chd). in this article the high pure ticagrelor drug was synthesized through efficient and cost-effective process. final crystallization was done in ethyl acetate solvent to attain desired high pure form-ii of ticagrelor.
