چکیده
|
A highly efficient approach for the synthesis of spiro[indolo[2,1-b]quinazoline-6,4 -pyrazolo[4,3-c]quinolin]-12-ones was reported by the combination of tryptanthrin, various aromatic amines, and 3-methyl-1-phenyl-pyrazol-5(4h)-ones in ch3cn. trichloroacetic acid (tcaa) catalyzed this reaction and desired products were obtained in good to high yields. moreover, this protocol presented good tolerance and compatibility with a broad range of aromatic amines with variable substituents.
