چکیده
|
با توجه به نیاز فوری به در دسترس بودن رمدسیویر در زمان شیوع بیماری همه گیر کروناویروس 2019، اکثر شرکت های داروسازی اقدام به مطالعه جهت تولید و بهبود روش های سنتز این دارو نمودند که به موجب آن خیلی سریع روش های مختلفی جهت تولید به جامعه جهانی معرفی گردید و در همین راستا چالش ها و مشکلات جدید و پیچیده ای ظاهر شدند بنابراین جامعه علمی به دنبال بهبود در روند پیچیده دستیابی به این مهم در سطح گسترده است. روش پژوهش: این گزارش از نوع مطالعات ارزیابی مرور سریع (rapid review) بوده که از طریق جستجو پایگاه های داده ای به جمع آوری مقالات مرتبط پرداخته و از طریق تحلیل آنها، سعی در ایجاد یک راهنمای سیاستگذاری در خصوص سنتز داروی رمدسیویر دارد. عناوین و خلاصه مقالات بررسی شده و بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج، انتخاب مطالعات صورت گرفت. علاوه بر این، فهرست منابع مطالعات مرتبط، مرور شده و در مواردی که مقاله مرتبط جدیدی یافت شد، به فهرست مطالعات اضافه گردید. بدین جهت ما هم بر آن شدیم که در این راستا گامی هرچند کوچک برداریم.

Abstract
|
Abstract: Due to the urgent need for the availability of remdesivir during the outbreak of the 2019 coronavirus pandemic, most pharmaceutical companies began research to improve the synthesis methods of this drug; as a result, various production methods were introduced to the international community very quickly, and in this regard, new and complex challenges and problems appeared; so the scientific community is looking for improvement in the complex process of achieving this important goal on a large scale.Research method: This report is a type of rapid review evaluation study that collects related articles through searching databases and tries to create a policy guide regarding remdesivir drug synthesis through their analysis. The titles and summaries of the articles were reviewed and studies were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. In addition, the list of sources of related studies was reviewed and in cases where a new related article was found, it was added to the list of studies. Therefore, we decided, even if small, to take a step in this direction.
