ارزیابی تاثیر سرعت اجرا بر کیفیت کالبدی مردم محور ( نمونه موردی: نمای ساختمان های مسکونی شهر شیراز)

کیفیت کالبدی بدنه و ساختمان های شهر بر نوع نگاه مردم، پاسخگویی به نیازهای زیبایی شناسی انسان و رفتارهای آن ها تاثیر می گذارد. کیفیت پایین کالبدی نمای ساختمان ها، نیازهای روانی انسان را تامین نمی کند و بر منظر شهری اثر مخرب دارد. از آنجا که در کیفیت ساختمان، نوع و سرعت اجرا نیز اهمیت دارد، این تحقیق به دنبال بررسی تاثیر سرعت اجرا بر کیفیت کالبدی نمای ساختمان های مسکونی از دید مردم خواهد بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد که با بررسی کتابخانه ای و یافتن مولفه های کالبدی، از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با متخصصین، مولفه های کالبدی موثر بر نمای ساختمان دسته بندی شده و با تهیه و تحلیل پرسشنامه تکمیل شده توسط 100 نفر از شهروندان و عابرین پیاده در خیابان قصرالدشت شیراز، اولویت بندی عوامل کیفیت کالبدی از نگاه مردم در ساختمان های مسکونی به دست مورد بررسی و واکاوی قرار گرفت. در فرآیند این بررسی برای 15 نمای مسکونی در سه دسته ساختمان های زیر 1 سال، 1 تا 5/1 سال و 5/1 تا 2 سال از نظر سرعت اجرا، با ثابت نگهداشتن متغیرهای مداخله گر مانند شرایط جوی حین ساخت و ارتفاع، انجام پذیرفت. از میان معیارهای کالبدی، کیفیت منظر، موقعیت قرارگیری و عناصر طبیعی بعنوان اولویت های اول تا سوم از نظر شهروندان در نمای ساختمان های مورد بررسی می باشند و پس از بررسی نمای ساختمان ها این نتیجه حاصل شد که سرعت اجرا با کیفیت کالبدی رابطه مستقیم و معنادار دارد.

Evaluating the effect of implementation speed on people-oriented physical quality (case example: facade of residential buildings in Shiraz city)

The physical quality of the city s body and buildings affects the way people look, respond to the aesthetic needs of people, and their behaviors. The low physical quality of buildings does not meet the psychological needs of people and has a destructive effect on the urban landscape. Since the type and speed of execution are also important in building quality, this research will investigate the effect of execution speed on the physical quality of the facade of residential buildings from the eyes of the people. This research is of a descriptive-analytical type, which is categorized by library research and finding physical components, through semi-structured interviews with experts, physical components affecting the facade of the building and by preparing and analyzing Questionnaire completed by 100 citizens and pedestrians in Qasr al-Dasht Street, Shiraz, the prioritization of physical quality factors from the perspective of people in residential buildings was examined and analyzed. In the process of this investigation, for 15 residential facades in three categories of buildings under 1 year, 1 to 1.5 years, and 1.5 to 2 years in terms of execution speed, by keeping the intervening variables such as weather conditions during construction and height constant. , accepted. Among the physical criteria, landscape quality, location and natural elements are the first to third priorities from the citizens point of view in the facades of the examined buildings, and after examining the facades of the buildings, it was concluded that the speed of implementation is related to the physical quality. It is direct and meaningful.
