بررسی عوامل موثر بر روند بازسازی شهر پس از جنگ ( نمونه موردی شهر القرنه)

بخشی از آسیب‌های شهر القرنه در طی جنگ‌های متوالی هنگام بازسازی نمایان شده‌اند. محدودیت زمانی و اقتصادی در بازسازی جهت ازسرگیری زندگی همچنین عدم برنامه‌ریزی باعث ایجاد الگوهای نامطلوب در ساخت‌وساز شده است. این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیرات جنگ بر سلیقه ساکنان شهر القرنه در بازسازی شهر و عوامل موثر بر آن، به روش کیفی و با توزیع پرسش‌نامه بین شهروندان القرنه پرداخته است. بر اساس یافته‌ها، کم‌توجهی به معماری متناسب با اقلیم، فرهنگ و پیشینه شهر به دلیل خلا الگویی مناسب و عدم مدیریت صحیح شهرداری درزمینه بازسازی تاثیر منفی بر روند بازسازی شهر القرنه پس از جنگ داشته است.

Investigating the effective factors on the reconstruction process of the city after the war (a case study of the city of Al-Qarna)

Part of the damage of the Al-Qurnah city in successive wars has been revealed during the reconstruction. The time and economic limitation in reconstruction to resume life as well as the lack of planning has caused undesirable patterns in construction. Using the qualitative method and distribution of questionnaires among the citizens of Al-Qurnah, this research has investigated the effect of war on the Style of residents of Al-Qurnah city in the reconstruction of the city and the factors affecting it. According to the findings, the lack of attention to the architecture suitable for the climate, culture and history of the city due to the lack of a suitable model and the lack of proper management of the municipality in the field of reconstruction has had negative effects on the process of reconstruction of the Al-Quarnah city after the war.
