نقش بام سبز در شکل گیری شهرهایی با رویکرد اقتصاد سبز و بیوفیلیک

بام سبز یکی از رویکردهای نوین معماری و شهرسازی و برخاسته از مفاهیم توسعه‌ی پایدار است که از آن می‌توان در جهت افزایش سرانه فضای سبز، ارتقای کیفیت محیط‌زیست و توسعه پایدار شهری بهره برد. استفاده کاربردی از بام‌ها می‌تواند به‌عنوان امکان بهره‌برداری بهینه از زمین‌های شهری قلمداد شود لذا در این تحقیق نقش بام سبز در شکل‌گیری شهرهایی با رویکرد اقتصاد سبز موردبررسی قرار می‌گیرد. مقاله‌ی حاضر با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی است و ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی هست. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش بام سبز در شکل‌گیری شهرهایی با رویکرد اقتصاد سبز است. شیوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌صورت پیمایشی - کتابخانه‌ای است. به‌طوری‌که ضمن مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و پیمایشی - میدانی از نظرات کارشناسان نیز، استفاده‌شده است. جهت امتیازدهی به معیارها و پارامترهای مربوطه برای شناسایی و انتخاب اثرگذارترین شاخص‌ها در اقتصاد سبز، از طریق فن دیمتل جهت بررسی شاخص‌های بر نقش بام سبز در شکل‌گیری شهرهایی با رویکرد اقتصاد سبز استفاده می‌شود. سپس پرسشنامه‌ی مربوط به روش دیمتل فازی جهت تبیین و ارزیابی روابط علت و معلولی میان این عوامل تدوین و در اختیار خبرگان این حوزه قرار گرفت. پرسشنامه مذکور شامل 12 متغیر بود و 25 متخصص و کارشناس به میزان تاثیر هر عامل نسبت به عامل دیگر امتیاز دادند. پس از جمع‌آوری پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از روش دیمتل فازی روابط علی بین عوامل تعیین‌شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد با تمام مزایای گسترده‌ی محیط زیستی بام‌های سبز، بالا بودن هزینه‌های اجرایی نصب و راه‌اندازی، آبیاری و حفظ و نگه‌داری از فضای سبز این‌گونه بام‌ها و در یک‌کلام مسائل اقتصادی مانع از آن است که این فناوری نوین جایگاه شایسته خود را در شهرهای پایدار معاصر پیدا کند. قرن گذشته بام‌ها به دلیل منافع کاربردی‌شان و این روزها به دلیل منافع محیط زیستی‌شان سبز می‌شوند. با ادغام این دو ایده و اضافه کردن منافع بی‌شمار اجتماعی ناشی از کاربردی کردن این فضاها، حکومت‌های محلی می‌توانند در راستای توسعه پایدار بام‌های سبز و مدیریت پایدار شهری گام‌های مهمی بردارند.

The role of green roof in the formation of cities with a green and biophilic economy approach

AbstractGreen roof is one of the new approaches to architecture and urban planning and arises from the concepts of sustainable development, which can be used to increase the per capita green space, improve the quality of the environment and sustainable urban development. Practical use of roofs can be considered as a possibility of optimal use of urban lands, so in this study, the role of green roofs in the formation of cities with a green economy approach is investigated. The present article is descriptive-analytical and is applied in terms of purpose. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of green roof in the formation of cities with a green economy approach. The method of data collection is survey-library. In addition to library and survey studies, the opinions of experts have also been used. In order to score the relevant criteria and parameters to identify and select the most effective indicators in the green economy, through the Demethel method to examine the indicators on the role of green roof in the formation of cities with a green economy approach is used. Then, a questionnaire related to the fuzzy dimtel method was developed to explain and evaluate the cause and effect relationships between these factors and was provided to experts in this field. The questionnaire consisted of 12 variables and 25 experts rated the impact of each factor on the other. After collecting the questionnaires using fuzzy dimtel method, causal relationships between the factors have been determined. The results of the research show that with all the wide environmental benefits of green roofs, high operating costs of installation and commissioning, irrigation and maintenance of green space of such roofs and, in a word, economic issues prevent this new technology from taking its rightful place in cities. By combining these two ideas and adding the countless social benefits of using these spaces, local governments can take important steps toward sustainable green roof development and sustainable urban management.
