ارزیابی تاب‌آوری اقتصاد شهری شهرستان نقده باتوجه به رویکرد توسعه پایدار

اقتصاد و نظام مالی تاثیر بسزایی در تمامی ابعاد زندگی بشر دارد. تبلور نوع و میزان اقتصاد در ساختار و نظام شهرها به‌چشم می‌خورد. ازاین‌رو میزان و درجه تاب‌آوری و پایداری در اقتصاد شهری یکی از مسایل مهم شهرها است. لذا شناخت و استفاده کامل از پتانسیل‌ها و ظرفیت‌های موجود جهت افزایش اشتغال و درآمدزایی شهرها می‌تواند تاثیر بسزایی در کیفیت زندگی شهروندان ایفا کند. در همین راستا این پژوهش جهت ارزیابی و امکان‌سنجی تاب‌آوری اقتصاد شهری، شهرستان نقده با رویکرد توسعه پایدار صورت گرفته است. جهت‌گیری تحقیق به صورت کاربردی و در قالب ارزیابی پتانسیل‌های موجود اقتصاد شهری می‌باشد. رویکرد قیاسی و از روش استقرایی همچنین باتوجه به نوع تحلیل‌ها از هر دو روش کل‌به‌جز و جزبه‌کل استفاده می‌شود. افق پژوهش چندمقطعی و طولی است. در تحلیل از دو روش کیفی و کمی استفاده شده‌است. بنابراین تحقیق از نوع کاربری و توصیفی می‌باشد. در ابتدا به‌منظور تعیین شاخص‌ها به‌بررسی تئوری‌های تاب‌آوری، توسعه پایدار و اقتصاد شهری پرداخته شده و سپس از روش میانگین مجموع فواصل از حدبهینه به منظور ارزیابی وضعیت تاب‌آوری بخش اقتصادی محدوده بهره‌گرفته می‌شود. بررسی 112 شاخص در شش بعد سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فناوری، زیست محیطی و قانونی و مدیریتی نشان داد که وضعیت تاب‌آوری اقتصادی شهرستان نقده در ابعاد اجتماعی و اقتصادی وضعیت نسبتا تاب‌آور، بعد قانونی و مدیریتی وضعیت مستعد بحران و ابعاد زیست محیطی، فناوری و سیاسی در وضعیت بحران آفرین قرار دارند و به‌صورت کلی تاب‌آوری اقتصادی شهرستان نقده با امتیاز 567/0 در محدود‌ه‌ی وضعیت مستعد بحران است.

Evaluation of urban economy resilience in Naghadeh city county regard to sustainable development

The economy and financial system have a great impact on all aspects of human life. The crystallization of the type and extent of economy can be seen in the structure and system of cities. Therefore, the level and degree of resilience and sustainability in urban economy is one of the important issues of cities. Therefore, knowing and fully using the existing potentials and capacities to increase employment and income generation of cities can have a significant impact on the quality of life of citizens. In this regard, this research has been carried out in order to evaluate and feasibility of the resilience of the urban economy of Naghadeh County with a sustainable development approach. The direction of the research is applied and in the form of evaluating the existing potentials of the urban economy. Deductive approach and inductive method are also used according to the type of analysis, both total and partial and total partial methods. The research horizon is multi-sectional and longitudinal. Both qualitative and quantitative methods have been used in the analysis. Therefore, the research is descriptive. At first, in order to determine the indicators, the theories of resilience, sustainable development and urban economy are examined, and then the method of the average sum of distances from the optimal limit is used to evaluate the resilience of the economic sector of the area. The examination of 112 indicators in six political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal and managerial dimensions showed that the economic resilience of Naghadeh County in social and economic dimensions is relatively resilient, the legal and managerial dimensions are prone to crisis and the environmental, technological dimensions and political are in a state of crisis. And in general, the economic resilience of Naghadeh County with a score of 0.567 is in the range of crisis-prone situation
