ملاحظات طراحی معماری سبز مجتمع های مسکونی در لبه رودخانه های شهری

توجه به جنبه های مختلف طراحی مسکونی، پاسخگویی مناسب به نیازها و بهبود کیفیت زندگی ساکنین و افزایش کیفیت محیط زیست اطراف ساختمان را نیز منجر می شود. در مواردی که همجواری با عناصر محیطی خاصی مانند رودخانه شهری وجود داشته باشد، این مسئله اهمیت بیشتری نیز پیدا می کند. برای دستیابی به این خواسته ها، معماری سبز می تواند مطلوب ترین راه حل باشد؛ معماری سبز، همزمان به طبیعت و انسان از جنبه های مختلف آن ها اندیشیده و نیازهایشان را بدون آسیب به دیگری پاسخ می دهد. هدف از نگارش این مقاله، دستیابی به رویکردها و اصولی است که با به کارگیری آن ها در فرآیند طراحی، بتوان به ساختمانی مسکونی دست یافت که در هماهنگی کامل با کریدور و منظر رودخانه باشد. در این مطالعه، جهت نیل به نتایج، از روش مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی و جهت گرداوری اطلاعات نیز از منابع کتابخانه ای استفاده شده است. در پایان، اصولی مانند فرم و کشیدگی بنا، جهت گیری صحیح جغرافیایی، استفاده از مصالح سازگار با اقلیم و ... جهت طراحی سبز ساختمان مسکونی در لبه رودخانه های شهری متناسب با اقلیم گرم و نیمه مرطوب بیان و سپس در ارتباط با هر اصل، الگوهایی نیز تشریح شده است. استفاده طراحان از نتایج این پژوهش می تواند بخشی از مشکلات امروزه ی طراحی این نوع ساختمان ها را کاهش دهد.

Green architectural design considerations of residential complexes on the edge of urban rivers

Paying attention to various aspects of residential design leads to appropriate response to the needs and improvement of the quality of life of the residents, and to the increase of the quality of the environment around the building. In cases where there is a neighborhood with certain environmental elements such as a urban river, this issue becomes more important. To achieve these demands, green architecture can be the most desirable solution; Green architecture simultaneously thinks about nature and man from their different aspects and responds to their needs without harming the other. The purpose of writing this article is to achieve the approaches and principles that by using them in the design process, it is able to achieve a residential building that is in complete harmony with the corridor and the view of the river. In this study, in order to achieve the results, descriptive analytical study method was used and library sources were also used to collect information. In the end, the principles such as the form and elongation of the building, the correct geographical orientation, the use of materials compatible with the climate, etc., for the green design of residential buildings on the edge of urban rivers, suitable for the hot and semi-humid climate, and then in relation to each principle, patterns are also described. Designers using the results of this research can reduce some of the problems of designing these types of buildings today.
