محله پایدار با تاکید بر مشارکت مردمی

با توجه به بحران‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی ناشی از توسعه‌های فزاینده، پایداری در شهر به‌ویژه محلات شهری به‌عنوان کوچک‌ترین مقیاس شهری مستقل مورد نظر برنامه‌ریزان شهری قرار گرفته است. مشارکت مردمی در راهبری طرح‌های شهری نیز در ادبیات جهانی به‌عنوان موثرترین اهرم پایداری آنها و محیط شهری شناخته شده است. بنابراین مقاله پیش‌رو، به‌جهت ایجاد محله‌ای پایدار در راستای توسعه پایدار، با راهبرد کیفی و با در نظر گرفتن تجارب ایرانی و جهانی، به بحث در مورد شرایط پایداری در مقیاس محله و نوع صحیح مشارکت به‌عنوان کلیدی‌ترین عامل اجتماعی پایداری می‌پردازد. نتیجه اصلی مقاله حاکی از آن است که مشارکت باید در فرایندی با مردم در مقیاس مناسب تعریف شود تا پایداری خود و در نتیجه پایداری محله را تضمین کند.

Sustainable neighborhood with an emphasis on public participation

Considering the social and economic crises caused by the increasing developments, sustainability in the city, especially urban neighborhoods, has been considered by urban planners as the smallest independent urban scale. People s participation in the management of urban plans is also known in the world literature as the most effective lever of their sustainability and the urban environment. Therefore, the upcoming article, in order to create a stable neighborhood in the direction of sustainable development, with a qualitative strategy and taking into account Iranian and global experiences, discusses the conditions of sustainability at the neighborhood scale and the right type of participation as the most key social factor of sustainability. The main conclusion of the article is that participation should be defined in a process with people at an appropriate scale to ensure its own sustainability and thus the neighborhood s sustainability.
