ساماندهی سکونتگاه های غیر رسمی با رویکرد توانمند سازی (نمونه موردی: محله تنگک 2 شهر بوشهر)

سکونتگاه های غیر رسمی پناهگاه جمعیت شهرهای بزرگ و رو به رشد کشورهای در حال توسعه را تامین می کند و یکی از مهم ترین وجوه شهرنشینی ایران است.یکی از شهرهای درگیر کشور در این زمینه، شهر بوشهر است که نیازمند بکارگیری رویکردی جامع برای حل مسئله است. هدف این تحقیق ساماندهی سکونتگاه های غیررسمی با رویکرد توانمند سازی است. این تحقیق به منظور دستیابی به اهداف خود و ماهیت آنچه که در پی شناخت و تحلیل آن است، رویکرد ژرفانگر و روش توصیفی- تحلیلی را بکار گرفته است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی می باشد و محدوده جغرافیایی پژوهش محله تنگک 2 شهر بوشهر است؛ همچنین در جهت ارائه راهبردهای توانمند سازی سکونتگاه های غیررسمی، و به منظور مشارکتی نمودن برنامه ریزی، از مدل استراتژیک swot بهره گیری شده است. در نهایت نیز راهبرد هایی جهت ارتقاء این محله ذکر شده که می توان به :کسب مهارت های شهروندی، ایجاد کارگاه مهارت های زندگی اجتماعی، تلاش در جهت حفظ انسجام اجتماعی ساکنان محلات، تشویق ساکنان و رفع موانع قانونی و نهادی موجود برای بهسازی و نوسازی واحدهای مسکونی محله و ... با تقویت مشارکت اجرایی نهادهای محلی _ مردمی و سازمان های دولتی اشاره نمود.

The purpose of this research is to organize informal settlements with an empowerment approach. In order to achieve its goals and the nature of what it seeks to know and analyze, this research has used an in-depth approach and a descriptive-analytical method. The type of research is applied and the geographical scope of the research is Tengak 2 district, Bushehr city; Also, in order to provide strategies for empowering informal settlements, and in order to make planning participative, SWOT strategic model has been used. Finally, strategies for the improvement of this neighborhood are mentioned, which can be: acquiring citizenship skills, creating a social life skills workshop, trying to maintain the social cohesion of the residents of the neighborhood, encouraging the residents and removing existing legal and institutional obstacles for improvement and renovation. residential units of the neighborhood and... by strengthening the executive participation of local-people s institutions and government organizations.
