بررسی وتحلیل مکان احداث فروشگاه های زنجیره‌ای (نمونه موردی شهرگرگان)

فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای در سال‌های اخیر گسترش‌ بسیاری یافته‌ و برای ترمیم نظام توزیع کشور شکل‌گرفته‌اند. اولین نکته در فرایند تاسیس و احداث فروشگاه زنجیره‌ای انتخاب مکان مناسب است. مکان‌های مستعد بر اساس قابلیت‌های تجاری‌شان ارزیابی می‌شوند. برنامه‌ریزی مکانی به سامان‌دهی نقاط توزیع و ترتیب قرارگیری مراکز توزیع به‌منظور رفاه و آسایش مصرف کنندگان می‌پردازد. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر، به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت و روش از نوع توصیفی و تحلیلی است. چارچوب نظری تحقیق، بر اساس روش کتابخانه‌ای و شیوه ی اسنادی با مراجعه به کتب، نشریات و سایتهای علمی مرتبط می‌باشد . گردآوری اطلاعات به دو روش میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای بوده و داده‌های مکانی واطلاعات لازم جهت ارزش گذاری معیارها از طریق تهیه و توزیع پرسشنامه و تکمیل آن توسط کارشناسان انجام گردید. در این تحقیق برای تعیین مکان مناسب فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای از نرم افزار gis و مدل فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی بهره گرفته شد. نمونه آماری این پژوهش 30 نفر از خبرگان و کارشناسان شهرسازی و محدوده پژوهش شهر گرگان با مساحت 3567 هکتار مرکز استان گلستان است یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که عمده فروشگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای موجود در گرگان از مکان‌یابی مناسبی برخوردار نبوده و برخورداری از عدالت اجتماعی در آنها در سطح قابل قبولی نیست.

Review and analysis of the construction site of chain stores (Case study of Gorgan)

Chain stores have expanded a lot in recent years and have been formed to repair the country s distribution system. The first point in the process of establishing and constructing a chain store is choosing the right place. Potential locations are evaluated based on their business capabilities. Spatial planning organizes distribution points and arranges the location of distribution centers for the welfare and comfort of consumers. The research method in the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of nature and method. The theoretical framework of the research, based on the library method and documentary method, is related to referring to books, publications and scientific sites.Rejection of information was done in two ways: field and library, and spatial data and information necessary for evaluating the criteria were done by preparing and distributing a questionnaire and completing it by experts. In this research, GIS software and hierarchical analysis process model were used to determine the appropriate location of chain stores. The statistical sample of this research is 30 experts and urban planning experts and the research area of Gorgan city with an area of 3567 hectares is the center of Golestan province. Not acceptable.
