بهره‌گیری از مولفه‌های پایداری محیطی در طراحی کتابخانه عمومی شهر رامسر

در عصر حاضر کتابخانه سهم بسزایی در توسعه اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی جامعه داشته و نقش مهمی در حفظ و پیشرفت فرهنگ، آموزش رسمی و خود آموزی و غنی کردن اوقات فراغت ایفا کرده است. کتابخانه مجموعه‌ای سازمان یافته از منابع است که شامل خدمات انسانی و طیف وسیعی از رسانه‌ها می‌باشد. کتابخانه گردآورنده تلاش‌های فرهنگی، هنری، علمی و فنی بشر و قلب نظام اطلاع رسانی یک جامعه است. و با توجه به جایگاه محوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات رسانی در تمدن کنونی کتابخانه نهادی است که در عین حفظ میراث دیروز نقشی فعال در شکل دادن به امروز و تغییر جامعه به سوی فردای متعالی دارد و به این اعتبار کمتر نهادی را می‌توان یافت که چنین پیوند اساسی با وضع حال و سرنوشت آینده نسبتاً دور یک ملت داشته باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی طراحی کتابخانه عمومی با رویکرد پایداری محیطی می‌باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعه‌ی کتاب‌ها، منابع الکترونیکی و پایان نامه‌های به روز بوده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داده که طراحی پایدار، کتابخانه‌ها را به عنصری فعال و جدانشدنی از جامعه معرفی کرده است. هم چنین به علت استفاده از انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر، مصالح مناسب، توجه به اثرات زیست محیطی و صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و کاهش هزینه‌های نگهداری، درجاتی از استقلال مالی را برای کتابخانه به ارمغان می‌آورد و به علت استفاده از فضای سبز موجب آسایش و آرامش روانی مردم می‎شود. بنابراین، اهمیت طراحی این بنای فرهنگی را به صورت پایدار به سازمان‌های دولتی و خصوصی که قصد طراحی کتابخانه را دارند یادآور شده است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داده که طراحی کتابخانه‌ها به صورت پایدار در دوران تخریب محیط زیست باعث شده مردم متوجه این امر شوند که این بنا سرمایه گذاری بر روی آینده جامعه است و کتابخانه به عنوان چهره‌ای فعال در جامعه شناخته می‎شود، برای دستیابی به طراحی پایدار این بنای فرهنگی مهم توسط سازمان‌های دولتی و خصوصی، بهره‌مندی از انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر، استفاده از مصالح کارآمد و همساز با محیط، جهت‌یابی مناسب ساختمان به منظور بهره‌گیری از نور خورشید و تهویه‌ی مناسب، طراحی خورشیدی غیرفعال و جایگزین کردن انرژی توسط صفحات خورشیدی باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد و توجه به اثرات زیست محیطی و اقتصادی و عملکردی در راس امور باشد.

Utilization of Environmental Sustainability Components in Designing Ramsar Public Library

Nowadays, the library has made a significant contribution to the social, political, economic and c development of the society and has played an important role in preserving and promoting culture, formal education, self-education and enriching leisure time. The library is an organized collection of resources that includes human services and a wide range of media. The library gathers the cultural, artistic, scientific and technical efforts of human beings and is the heart of the information system of a society. And considering the central position of communication and information in the current civilization, the library is an institution that, while preserving the heritage of yesterday, has an active role in shaping today and changing society towards a transcendent tomorrow. in the present situation and with respect to the future destiny of a relatively distant nation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the design of a public library with an environmental sustainability approach. The research method was descriptive-analytical and based on the study of books, electronic resources and up-to-date dissertations. The results show that sustainable design has introduced libraries as an active and inseparable element of society. It also brings a degree of financial independence to the library due to the use of renewable energy, suitable materials, attention to environmental effects and saving energy consumption and reducing maintenance costs, and due to the use of green space, it brings peace of mind to the people Therefore, the importance of designing this cultural monument has been consistently reminded to public and private organizations that intend to design the library. The results of the research show that the design of libraries in a sustainable way in the era of environmental degradation has made people realize that this building is an investment in the future of society and the library is known as an active figure in society and to achieve sustainable design of this important cultural building by public and private organizations,the use of renewable energy, use of efficient and environmentally friendly materials, proper orientation of the building to benefit from sunlight and proper ventilation, inactive solar design and replacement of energy by solar panels must be considered and attention to environmental, economic and functional effects should be at the forefront.
