اثر سطوح کلسیم و فسفر بر عملکرد رشد جوجه گوشتی آرین

این مطالعه به منظور ارزیابی سطح مناسب کلسیم و فسفر بر عملکرد رشد جوجه های گوشتی آرین انجام شد. این طرح با 420 قطعه جوجه آرین درقالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با چهار نسبت کلسیم و فسفر (توصیه شده آرین) شامل 88، 94، 100 و 102 درصد با 4 تیمار 7 تکرار و 15 قطعه جوجه گوشتی در هر تکرار انجام شد. وزن بدن و مصرف خوراک در طول دوره-ها اندازه گیری و برای محاسبه پارامترهای عملکردی استفاده شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه آماری داده ها از نرم‌افزار sas استفاده -شد، روش آماری تجزیه واریانس یک‌طرفه است (p≤0.05) به‌عنوان سطح معنی‌دار در نظر گرفته شد و مقایسه میانگین‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری توکی کرامر انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد میانگین وزن، افزایش وزن بدن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی در طول دوره پرورش قرار نگرفت (p>0/05). کاهش سطوح کلسیم و فسفر بر مصرف خوراک در دوره پایانی 2 (36-42 روزگی) و کل دوره (1-42 روزگی) اثر معنی داری نشان داد (p<0/05). کاهش نسبت کلسیم و فسفر در تیمار 3 موجب کاهش مصرف خوراک نسبت به تیمار 1 گردید. در کل نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد کاهش سطوح کلسیم و فسفرتا 88% تاثیر معنی داری بر عملکرد جوجه گوشتی آرین ندارد.

The effect of calcium and phosphorus levels on the growth performance of Arian broilers

This study was conducted in order to evaluate the appropriate level of calcium and phosphorus on the performance of Arian broiler chickens. This project was carried out with 420 Arian chickens in the form of a completely randomized design with four ratios of calcium and phosphorus (Arian's recommended) including 88, 94, 100 and 102% with 4 treatments, 7 repetitions and 15 broiler chickens in each replication. Body weight and feed intake were measured during the periods and used to calculate performance parameters. In order to analyze the data, SAS software was used, the statistical method is one-way analysis of variance, and (P≤0.05) was considered as a significant level, and comparison of means was done using Tukey-Kramer's statistical test. The results showed that the average weight, body weight gain and food conversion ratio were not affected by the experimental treatments during the rearing period (P>0.05). The reduction of calcium and phosphorus levels on feed intake in the final period 2 (36-42 days old) and the whole period (1-42 days old) showed a significant effect (P<0.05). The decrease in the ratio of calcium and phosphorus in treatment 3 caused a decrease in feed consumption compared to treatment 1. Overall, the results of this research showed that the reduction of calcium and phosphorus levels about 88% has no significant effect on the performance of Arian broilers.
