اثر جایگزینی بیوچار با مکمل معدنی جیره برکیفیت زرده تخم مرغ در مرغان تخم گذار

امروزه در صنعت کشاورزی، تولید محصولات، همراه با تولید ضایعات کشاورزی است، لذا این ضایعات، به عنوان یکی از معضلات صنعت کشاورزی محسوب می شوند. بیوچار ترکیبی معدنی است، که به طور طبیعی در برخی از معادن یافت می شود. این ترکیب که به عنوان یک کود مفید جهت حاصلخیزی خاک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد، از فرآوری ضایعات کشاورزی نیز تولید می شود. با توجه به تولید و دسترسی آسان و حضور مقادیری از عناصر معدنی کم مصرف، پر مصرف و اسیدهای آلی هیومیک و فولویک موجود در بیوچار، می توان علاوه بر مدیریت ضایعات کشاورزی، از این ترکیب در جیره طیور نیز استفاده کرد. ویتامین c، از جمله ویتامین هایی است که به عنوان یک کیلاتور مثبت عمل کرده و جذب عناصر معدنی موجود در جیره را در دستگاه گوارش پرنده، افزایش می دهد. لذا هدف پژوهش کنونی، مطالعه پیامدهای جایگزینی بیوچار به همراه ویتامین c با مکمل معدنی جیره بر کیفیت زرده تخم مرغ در مرغان تخم گذار بود. به این منظور از 400 قطعه مرغ تخم گذار سویه بوونز در سن 50 تا 62 هفته استفاده شد. این آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی و با آزمایش فاکتوریل 2× 5 شامل 10 تیمار، 5 تکرار و 8 قطعه مرغ تخم گذار در هر تکرار انجام گردید. در پژوهش کنونی، شاخص های کیفی زرده تخم مرغ نظیر رنگ، درصد و شاخص زرده، تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی در کل دوره قرار نگرفتند (p>0.05). به طور کلی، بیوچار به دلیل هزینه تولید پایین و قابلیت دسترسی بالا و عدم تاثیر منفی آن بر کیفیت زرده تخم مرغ، با و بدون ویتامین c، با مکمل معدنی جیره در تمامی سطوح قابل جایگزینی است.

Effect of Biochar replacement with dietary mineral supplementation on egg yolk quality in laying hens

Today in the agricultural industry, the production of products is associated with the production of agricultural waste, so these wastes are considered as one of the problems of the agricultural industry. Biochar is a mineral compound, which is found naturally in some mines. This compound, which is used as a useful fertilizer for soil fertility, is also produced from the processing of agricultural waste. Due to the easy production and access and the presence of small amounts of micro-minerals, macro-minerals and organic acids humic and fulvic in Biochar, in addition to the management of agricultural waste, this compound can also be used in poultry diets. Vitamin C is the vitamin that acts as a chelator and increases the absorption of minerals in the bird's digestive tract. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to study the consequences of Biochar supplementation with vitamin C with dietary mineral supplementation on the quality of egg yolk in laying hens. For this purpose, 400 laying hens of Bovans strain at 50 to 62 weeks of age were used. This experiment was performed in a completely randomized design with a 5×2 factorial experiment including 10 treatments, 5 replications and 8 laying hens in each replication. In the present study, egg yolk quality indices such as color, percentage and yolk index were not affected by experimental treatments throughout the period (P>0.05). In general, Biochar can be replaced with dietary mineral supplement due to its low production cost and high availability, with or without vitamin C.
