اثر جایگزینی سطوح مختلف پودر پاپریکا با آنتی بیوتیک تتراسایکلین بر خصوصیات لاشه جوجه‌های گوشتی

پاپریکا یا فلفل دلمه‌ای قرمز گیاهی علفی، گلدار و یک ساله با نام علمی (capsicum annuum) از راسته بادمجان‌سانان، خانواده solanaceae و سرده فلفل دلمه‌ای است. این تحقیق، به‌منظور بررسی تاثیر پودر پاپریکا به‌عنوان جایگزین آنتی-بیوتیک تتراسایکلین بر خصوصیات لاشه جوجه های گوشتی انجام شد. در این تحقیق از 160 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر (سویه راس 308) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 4 تکرار و 10 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی، شامل جیره پایه بدون افزودنی (شاهد)، جیره پایه حاوی 05/0 درصد آنتی بیوتیک تتراسایکلین، جیره پایه حاوی 75/0 و 1 درصد پودر پاپریکا بودند. پس از پایان دوره‌ی پرورش، از هر تیمار یک پرنده به‌منظور تجزیه‌ی لاشه کشتار شد. نتایج نشان داد که تیمارها بر وزن نسبی لاشه، سینه، ران‌ها، قلب، پیش معده، کبد و پانکراس تحت تاثیر قرار نگرفتند. به طور کلی، نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از پودر پاپریکا در جیره جوجه‌های گوشتی تاثیر معنی داری بر اجزا لاشه نداشت.

The effect of different levels of paprika powder in replacing by tetracycline antibiotic on carcass traits of broiler chickens

Paprika or red bell pepper is a herbaceous, flowering and annual plant with the scientific name (Capsicum annuum) of the eggplant order, Solanaceae family and bell pepper genus. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of paprika powder as an alternative to tetracycline antibiotic on the characteristics of broiler chicken carcasses. A total of 160 male broiler chicks (Ross 308) were randomly assigned to 4 treatments, 4 replicates and 10 chickens in each replication. The treatments were included: 1) basal diet without feed additive (control), 2) basal diet containing 0.05% Tetracycline, 3, 4) basal diet plus 0.75% and 1 % paprika powder. The results showed the Treatments had no effect on the relative weights of the carcass, breast, legs, heart, preventiculus, liver, and pancreas. In conclusion, the use of paprika powder in the diet of broilers had no significant effect on carcass traits.
