اثر متقابل سطوح مختلف انرژی و تراکم جمعیت بر صفات لاشه جوجه های گوشتی آرین

این آزمایش به منظور مطالعه اثر سطوح مختلف انرژی و تراکم جمعیت بر صفات لاشه در جوجه های گوشتی آرین انجام شد. این طرح با 672 قطعه جوجه آرین در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 4×2 شامل دو سطح تراکم (12، 16 پرنده در مترمربع) و چهار سطح انرژی (1- سطح انرژی پیشنهادی سویه آرین، 2- سطح انرژی 5/3 % بالاتر پایانی2، 3- سطح انرژی 5/3 % بالاتر از توصیه سویه آرین، 4- سطح انرژی 5/3 % بالاتر از توصیه سویه آرین و 1/6 % پایانی2 بالاتر از توصیه سویه آرین) با 8 تیمار و 6 تکرار اجرا شد. در پایان دوره آزمایش (42 روزگی) دو جوجه از هر تکرار (پن) انتخاب، توزین و کشتار شد. نتایج نشان داد سطح انرژی پایانی 2 بالاتر جیره باعث افزایش وزن نسبی لاشه، سینه، قلب، کبد و طحال در مقایسه با جیره شاهد گردید (p< 0.05). تراکم بالای جمعیت (16 پرنده در مترمربع) باعث افزایش وزن نسبی طحال و بورس در مقایسه با تراکم پایین شد (p< 0.05). برهم‌کنش سطوح مختلف انرژی و تراکم جمعیت بر وزن نسبی لاشه و قلب معنی دار بود (p< 0.05). کمترین وزن نسبی لاشه و وزن نسبی قلب مربوط به تیمار تغذیه شده با سطح انرژی پیشنهادی کاتالوگ و تراکم بالا پرنده بود و بیشترین وزن نسبی در پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره دارای انرژی پایانی 2 بالاتر و تراکم بالا مشاهده شد.

The interaction effects of energy levels and high stock density on Carcass characteristics in Arian broiler chicken

This study was conducted to determine the effect of different energy levels and stock density on Carcass characteristics of Arian broiler chickens. In this experiment 672 one day-old mix broilers were used in a factorial arrangement 2×4 with two levels of density (12 and 16) and four energy level (1- Arian catalog energy level, 2- higher Finisher 2, 3- 3.5% higher than Arian catalog 4- 3.5% higher than Arian catalog and higher Finisher 2) with 8 treatments and 6 repetitions. At the end of the experimental period (42 days), two chicks from each replicate (pen) were selected, weighed and slaughtered. The results showed that the diet with higher Finisher 2 energy level, significantly increased the relative weight of carcass, breast, heart, liver and spleen (P<0.05). High density (16 birds/m2) significantly increased the relative weight of spleen and bursa (P<0.05). The interaction of energy levels and density had significant effect on relative weight of carcass and heart (P<0.05). The lowest relative weight of the carcass and the relative weight of the heart were related to the birds fed with the arian catalog energy level and high bird density, and the highest relative weight was observed in the birds fed with higher Finisher 2 and high density.
