چکیده
|
این آزمایش با هدف بررسی عملکرد تولیدمثلی گوسفندان زل استان مازندران در فصل غیرتولیدمثل و مقایسه‌ی آن با عملکرد در فصل تولیدمثل، انجام شد. برای این منظور تعداد 260 راس میش زل دو تا شش ساله با میانگین وزن زنده 78/4 ± 8/33 کیلوگرم در دو فصل پاییز و بهار مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. میش ها در شهریور و مهرماه سال 1399 وارد برنامه جفتگیری شدند و به ازائ هر 26 راس میش، یک راس قوچ اختصاص داده شد. تعداد 245 راس از این میش ها در فروردین سال 1400، دوباره وارد برنامه جفتگیری شدند و با همان قوچ های مرحله‌ی پیش آمیزش داده شدند. طول مدت جفتگیری در هر دو مرحله، 45 روزدر نظر گرفته شد. اطلاعات زایش میش ها در هر دو بازه‌ی زمانی ثبت گردید. نتایج نشان داد در فصل تولیدمثل و خارج از فصل به ترتیب، میزان آبستنی 87 و 82 درصد، دوقلوزایی 5/12 و 6/5 درصد، و بره-زایی 2/96 و 3/83 درصد بود (0.01>p). میانگین وزن تولد بره در فصل تولیدمثل و خارج از فصل به ترتیب 033/3 و 910/2 کیلوگرم بود. بنابر نتایج این پژوهش، می توان نتیجه گرفت، گوسفند زل توانایی فحلی و آبستن شدن در فصل بهار را دارد.

Comparison of reproductive performance of Zell ewes in two reproductive and non reproductive seasons

Abstract
|
This experiment was conducted with the aim of investigating the reproductive performance of Zell sheep in Mazandaran province in the non-breeding season and comparing it with the performance of the breeding season. For this purpose, 260 two- to six-year-old ewes with an average body live weight of 33.8 ± 4.78 kg were used. The ewes entered the mating program in September and October of 2019, and one ram was allocated for every 26 ewes. 245 heads of these ewes entered the mating program again in April 1400 and were mated with the same rams of the previews stage. The duration of mating in both stages was considered 45 days. Data on the birth of ewes was recorded in both time periods. The results showed that in the reproductive season and off season, the pregnancy rate was 87 and 82%, twins were 12.5 and 5.6%, and lambing was 96.2 and 83.3% (p<0.01) respectively. The average birth weight of lambs in breeding season and non-breeding season was 3.033 and 2.910 kg, respectively. According to the results of this research, it can be concluded that Zell sheep have the ability of estrus and conception in the spring season.
