تاثیر جایگزینی سلنیوم معدنی با سلنیوم-گلوکز بر عملکرد تولیدی مرغ‌های تخمگذار و صفات کیفی پوسته تخم‌مرغ

این مطالعه به‌منظور بررسی تاثیر سلنیوم-گلوکز در مقایسه با سلنیوم معدنی (سلنیت سدیم) بر عملکرد تولیدی مرغ‌های تخمگذار و صفات کیفی تخم‌‌مرغ انجام شد. این آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 2 تیمار، 7 تکرار و 6 مرغ در هر تکرار به اجرا درآمد. تیمارها شامل: 1) جیره پایه به‌اضافه سطح استاندارد سلنیوم معدنی ( 3/0 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم جیره) و 2) جیره پایه به‌اضافه 3/0 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم سلنیوم-گلوکز بودند. نتایج نشان داد که در کل دوره آزمایش، سلنیوم-گلوکز تاثیر معنی‌داری بر مصرف خوراک، درصد تولید، وزن تخم‌مرغ، توده تخم‌مرغ، مقاومت پوسته، درصد پوسته، ضخامت پوسته و شاخص شکل تخم‌مرغ در مقایسه با تیمار حاوی سلنیوم معدنی نداشت اما سبب کاهش ضریب تبدیل خوراک نسبت به سلنیوم معدنی شد (p<0.05). به‌طور کلی، با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش می‌توان نتیجه گیری کرد که استفاده از سلنیوم-گلوکز در جیره مرغ‌های تخمگذار سبب بهبود ضریب تبدیل خوراک شد

Effects of replacing inorganic selenium by selenium glucose on production performance of laying hens and eggshell quality traits

Selenium is an essential element for laying hens and other animals. This study was conducted in order to investigate the effect of selenium-glucose compared to inorganic selenium (sodium selenite) on the production performance of laying hens and egg quality traits. This experiment was carried out in the form of a completely randomized design with 2 treatments,7 repetitions and 6 hens in each repetition. The treatments included: 1) basal diet plus standard mineral selenium (0.3 mg/kg of diet) and 2) basal diet plus 0.3 mg/kg selenium-glucose. The results showed that in the whole of experimental period, selenium-glucose had no significant effect on feed consumption, production percentage, egg weight, egg mass, shell strength, shell percentage, shell thickness and shape index compared to the treatment containing inorganic selenium, but it caused a decrease in the feed conversion ratio (P<0.05). In general, according to the results of this experiment, it can be concluded that the use of selenium-glucose in the diet of laying hens improved the feed conversion ratio.
