تخمین فراسنجه های رشد جوجه های گوشتی تغذیه شده با پودر دانه گشنیز و آلفاتو کو فرول ‌استات با استفاده از مدل گومپرتز

تعداد 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه سویه کاب 500 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار، سه تکرار و 20 جوجه در هر تکرار مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. این آزمایش تا 42 روزگی ادامه داشت. رژیم غذایی مطابق با احتیاجات توصیه شده در راهنمای سویه کاپ 500 تنظیم شد. جیره های آزمایشی شامل: جیره پایه بدون هیچ گونه افزودنی (تیمار شاهد منفی)، شاهد منفی + 250 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم آلفا توکوفریل استات (تیمار شاهد مثبت)، شاهد منفی + 3/0 درصد پودر دانه گشنیز، شاهد منفی + 6/0 درصد پودردانه گشنیز بود. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده بیشترین میانگین وزن پیش بینی شده در هفته اول در گروه شاهد منفی بود. در هفته های دوم، سوم و چهارم بیشترین میانگین وزنی پیش بینی شده در پودر دانه گشنیز 6/0 درصد بود. اما از هفته های پنج و ششم این روند تغییر کرد. بالاترین میانگین وزن پیش بینی شده در این هفته در گروه شاهد مثبت بود. وزن در تیمار شاهد منفی کمتر از تیمار شاهد مثبت و بالاتر از تیمارهای 3/0% و 6/0 % پودر دانه گشنیز بود. با توجه به بهبود یا افزایش بیشتر صفات در تیمار 6/0 درصد پودر گشنیز و تیمار شاهد مثبت، استفاده از این دو تیمار توصیه می شود.

Estimation of Growth Parameters of Broiler Chickens Fed with Coriander Seed Powder Coriandrum sativum L and alfa Tocopheryl Acetate Using Gompertz Model

A total of 240 one-day-old broiler chicks of Cobb 500 strain were assigned to a completely randomized design with four treatments, three replicates and 20 chicks per replicate. The basal diet was adjusted based on according to the requirements recommended in the Cob 500 strain. the experimental diets included: corn- soybean meal based diet without any additives (negative control treatment), negative control + 250 mg / kg alpha-tocopheryl acetate (positive control treatment), negative control + 0.3% powder Coriander seed, negative control + 0.6% Coriander seed powder. Based on the obtained results, the highest average predicted weight in the first week was negative in the control group. In the second, third and fourth weeks, the highest predicted weight average in coriander seed powder was 0.6%. But this process changed from the fifth and sixth weeks. The highest average predicted weight in this week was in the positive control group. The weight in the negative control treatment was lower than the positive control treatment and higher than the 0.3% and 0.6% coriander seed powder treatments. Due to the improvement or increase of more traits by 0.6% Coriander powder and positive control treatment, application of these two treatments is recommended
