تاثیر افزودن مونت موریلونیت به شیر بر تعداد سلول های خونی بزغاله های شیرخوار سانن

این پژوهش در جهت بررسی اثر مکمل نمودن مونت موریلونیت به شیر بزغاله های نژاد سانن سنجش برخی سلول های خونی صورت پذیرفت. این تحقیق در واحد دامپروری دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه بیرجند و بر روی 21 راس بزغاله نژاد سانن در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی صورت گرفت. برای انجام تحقیق تیمار بندی بزغاله ها در 3 گروه شامل: تیمار 1) شاهد بدون مونت موریلونیت، تیمار 2) مکمل نمودن 1% وزن شیرمصرفی با مونت موریلونیت و تیمار 3) مکمل نمودن3% وزن شیر مصرفی با مونت موریلونیت به مدت 42 روز انجام شد و داده های جمع اوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری sas مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. مقایسه میانگین های بین هر صفت معنی دار شده با آزمون توکی-کرامر انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد تاثیرات مونت موریلونیت بر گلبول های سفید و قرمز به صورت افزایشی نسبت به تیمار شاهد معنی دار بود. نتایج کلی بدست آمد نشان می دهد که مکمل نمودن مونت موریلونیت به شیربزغاله ها سبب بهبود شاخص سلول های خونی مانند گلبول های سفید و گلبول های قرمز شد. افزایش میزان گلبول های قرمز و گلبول های سفید در بزغاله های سانن تغذیه شده با شیر حاوی مونت موریلونیت منعکس کننده پاسخ ایمنی بهتر این بزغاله ها می باشد که منجر به بهبود رشد بزغاله ها و همچنین سبب افزایش ایمنی بدن در مقابل عوامل بیماری زا شد. به طور کلی یک سیستم ایمنی فعال باعث افزایش مقاومت در برابر بیماری ها می شود و مواد مغذی را جهت عملکرد و رشد بهتر حمایت می کند.

he effect of adding montmorillonite to milk on the number of blood cells in infant goats

This research was done to investigate the effect of supplementing montmorillonite to the milk of Sanen goats by measuring some blood cells. This research was carried out in the Animal Husbandry Unit of the Faculty of Agriculture of Birjand University and on 21 Nejad Sanen goats in the form of a randomized complete block design. To conduct a research on the treatment of goats in 3 groups including: treatment 1) control without montmorillonite, treatment 2) supplementing 1% of the milk consumed with montmorillonite and treatment 3) supplementing 3% of the consumed milk with montmorillonite for 42 days. and the collected data were statistically analyzed using SAS statistical software. Comparison of means between each significant attribute was done with Tukey-Kramer test. The results showed that the effects of montmorillonite on white and red blood cells were significant in an incremental way compared to the control treatment. The overall results show that supplementing montmorillonite to goat milk improves the index of blood cells such as white blood cells. and red blood cells. The increase in the amount of red blood cells and white blood cells in Sanen goats fed with milk containing montmorillonite reflects the better immune response of these goats, which leads to the improvement of the growth of the goats and also increases the body's immunity in against pathogenic agents. In general, an active immune system increases resistance to diseases and supports nutrients for better performance and growth.
