اثر استفاده از پوسته تخم‌مرغ به‌عنوان منبع کلسیم بر عملکرد تولیدی مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار

مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی اثر استفاده از پوسته تخم‌مرغ به‌عنوان منبع کلسیم در جیره بر عملکرد تولیدی مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار انجام شد. در این آزمایش از 125 قطعه مرغ تخم گذار سویه نیک‌چیک از سن 71 تا 77 هفتگی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی شامل 5 تیمار، 5 تکرار و 5 پرنده در هر تکرار استفاده شد. تیمار های آزمایشی شامل: 1. جیره شاهد (بر پایه ذرت - کنجاله سویا) و تیمارهای 2، 3، 4 و 5 به ترتیب شامل: 25، 50، 75 و 100 درصد جایگزینی کربنات کلسیم با پوسته تخم‌مرغ بودند. وزن و تعداد تخم مرغ های تولیدی به صورت روزانه و مصرف خوراک به صورت هفتگی اندازه گیری و توده تخم‌مرغ و ضریب تبدیل خوراک از داده‌های فوق محاسبه شدند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که عملکرد تولیدی مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (p>0.05). به طور کلی نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که جایگزینی کربنات کلسیم با پوسته تخم‌مرغ تا سطح 100 درصد در جیره، هیچ‌گونه اثر نامطلوبی بر عملکرد تولیدی مرغ‌های تخم‌گذار نداشت.

The effect of using eggshell as source of calcium on productive performance of laying hens

This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of eggshell as source of calcium in the diet on productive performance in laying hens. In this experiment, 125 laying hens of Nikchik strain were used from 71 to 77 weeks of age in a completely randomized design including 5 treatments, 5 replications and 5 hens in each. Experimental treatments were consisted of 1-control (corn - soybean meal as basal diet) and treatments 2, 3, 4 and 5 including 25, 50, 75 and 100% replacement of calcium carbonate with eggshell, respectively. Egg weight and egg production were recorded daily, and feed intake was considered weekly. This information was used to calculate egg mass and feed conversion ratio. The results of this study showed that the productive performance of laying hens was not affected by experimental treatments (P>0.05). In general, the results of this study have indicated that replacement of calcium carbonate with eggshell up to 100%, did not have any adverse effect on productive performance.
