بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف لیزوفسفولیپید بر عملکرد و ترکیب شیر در اوایل دوره شیردهی گاوهای شیری هلشتاین

این آزمایش بر روی 15 گاو هلشتاین چند شکم زایش با میانگین وزن 50±630 و روزهای شیردهی 5 ± 17روز در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی با بررسی اثر لیزوفسفولیپید در جیره گاوهای اوایل شیردهی انجام شد. دوره آزمایشی شامل 21 روز با 14 روز عادت دهی اولیه با خوراک آزمایش و 7 روز نمونه گیری بود. جیره های آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره کاملا مخلوط بدون لیزوفسفولیپید بعنوان تیمار شاهد 2) جیره شاهد گاو شیری مکمل شده با 1/0 درصد لیزوفسفولیپید و 3) جیره شاهد با 15/0 درصد مکمل لیزوفسفولیپید بود. مکمل مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از شرکت بهین سیمرغ دارو(بابلسر،ایران) تهیه شد. گاو ها به آب دسترسی آزاد داشتند و جیره آزمایشی به صورت کاملا مخلوط و دوبار در روز در صبح و بعد از ظهر در اختیار گاو ها قرار داده شد. دوشش شیر به صورت روزانه اندازه گیری و نمونه برداری از شیر انجام و ترکیبات شیر شامل چربی، پروتئین و لاکتوز توسط دستگاه شیر سنج(میلکومتر) انجام شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که عملکرد گاوها تحت تاثیر مکمل و سطح استفاده از مکمل قرار گرفت(p<0.05). همچنین استفاده از مکمل باعث افزایش میزان پروتئین و چربی در شیر شد. نتایج کلی آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از مکمل لیزوفسفولیپید به خصوص در سطح15/0 درصد نتایج مثبتی بر میزان و ترکیب شیر به خصوص در اوایل دوره شیردهی گاوهای شیری هلشتاین دارد.

Investigating the effect of different levels of lysophospholipid on performance and composition of milk in early lactation of Holstein dairy cows

This experiment was conducted on 15 multiparous Holstein cows in a completely randomized design by investigating the effect of lysophospholipid in the diet of early lactation cows. The experimental period consisted of 21 days with 14 days of initial habituation with test feed and 7 days of sampling. The experimental diets included 1) completely mixed diet of dairy cows (containing 55% forage and 45% concentrate) as control treatment, 2) control diet of dairy cows supplemented with 0.1% lysophospholipid and 3) control diet supplemented with 0.15% lysophospholipid . The supplement used in this research was prepared from Behin Simorgh Daru Company (Babolsar, Iran). The cows had free access to water and the experimental ration was completely mixed and given to the cows twice a day in the morning and in the afternoon. Milking was done on a daily basis, milk was measured and sampled, and the composition of milk, including fat, protein and lactose, was done by a milk meter (milcometer). The results of the experiment showed that the performance of cows was affected by the supplement and the level of use of the supplement (p<0.05). Also, the use of supplements increased the amount of protein and fat in milk. The general results of the experiment showed that the use of lysophospholipid supplement, especially at the level of 0.15%, has positive results on the amount and composition of milk, especially in the early lactation period of Holstein dairy cows.
