ثبت و پایش جمعیت گوسفند کرمانی

جهت حفظ، توسعه و افزایش اندازه واقعی و موثر توده‌ نژادی گوسفند کرمانی موجود در گله‌های استان کرمان و انجام عملیات اصلاح نژادی در آینده با هدف بهبود عملکرد آن‌ها، در گام اول برخی از صفات ظاهری شامل رنگ پوشش، بیومتری ابعاد مختلف بدن، وزن تولد، وزن سه‌ماهگی، وزن شش‌ماهگی، وزن بلوغ، میزان تولید و ترکیبات شیر، تولید پشم و صفات مرتبط با آن و فرآسنجه‌های تولیدمثلی این گوسفند در 6 گله در سطح استان کرمان طی یک دوره یک‌ساله تعیین و اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری، قالب‌بندی و ویرایش در برنامه اکسل ذخیره شد و مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد، میانگین صفات دور سینه، طول بدن و ارتفاع جدوگاه به ترتیب 36/89 ، 02/62 و 65/70 سانتی‌متر؛ وزن تولد، وزن سه‌ماهگی، وزن شش‌ماهگی، وزن بلوغ و وزن پشم سالیانه به ترتیب 17/3، 64/24، 83/26، 79/44 و 38/1 کیلوگرم؛ نرخ آبستنی، نرخ دوقلوزایی، تعداد بره متولدشده و شیرگیری شده در هر زایش به ترتیب 91/0 ، 04/0، 04/1 و97/0 راس؛ چربی، پروتئین، کل مواد جامد شیر به ترتیب 67/5، 38/ 5 و 72/12 درصد؛ طول استاپل، بازده و قطر پشم به ترتیب 60/7 سانتی‌متر، 47/77 درصد و 06/30 میکرون بود. با توجه به اطلاعات به دست آمده کاتالوگ ثبت گوسفند کرمانی تهیه گردید و جهت برنامه ریزی برای حفاظت از این ذخیره ژنتیکی به مرکز ملی مدیریت منابع ژنتیکی کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ارسال می گردد.

The registration and monitoring of the Kermani sheep

For preserve, develop and increase the real and effective size of Kermani sheep in Kerman and perform breeding operations in the future with the aim of improving their performance, in the first step some appearance traits including coat color, biometrics of different body dimensions, birth weight three-month weight, six-month weight, maturity weight, milk production and composition, wool production reproductive parameters of this sheep in 6 herds in Kerman province were determined and measured over a one-year period. Data were collected, formatted and edited in Excel and analyzed statistically. The mean of traits, chest circumference, body length and withers height, (cm) were 89.36, 62.2 and 70.65; birth weight, 3-month weight, 6 months weight, adult weight and wool weight (kg), were 3.17, 24.64, 26.83, 44.79 and 1.38; conception rate, twining rate, litter size at birth and litter size at weaning (N) were 0.91, 0.04, 1.04 and 0.97; fat, protein and total solids (%) were 5.67, 5.38 and 12.72 and Staple length (cm), down yield (%) and down diameter (µm) were 7.60, 77.47 and 30.06 respectively. According to the obtained information, the Kermani sheep registration catalog was prepared and will be sent to the National Center for the Management of Agricultural Genetic Resources and Natural Resources to plan for the protection of this genetic reserve.
