تاثیر افزودن مونت موریلونیت به شیر بر برخی فراسنجه های خونی بزغاله های سانن

این پژوهش برای بررسی اثر مکمل نمودن مونت موریلونیت به شیر بزغاله های نژاد سانن بر سنجش برخی فراسنجه های خونی و بیوشیمیایی صورت پذیرفت. برای انجام تحقیق تیمار بندی بزغاله ها در 3 گروه شامل: تیمار 1) شاهد بدون مونت موریلونیت، تیمار 2) مکمل نمودن 1% وزن شیرمصرفی با مونت موریلونیت و تیمار 3) مکمل نمودن 3% وزن شیرمصرفی با مونت موریلونیت. جهت بررسی فراسنجه های خونی در دو نوبت روزهای 14 و 42 طرح خونگیری صورت گرفت و داده های جمع اوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری sas مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. مقایسه میانگین های بین هر صفت معنی دار شده با آزمون توکی-کرامر انجام گرفت. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده ، روند کاهشی میزان اوره در تیمارهای حاوی مونت موریلونیت نسبت به تیمارشاهد مشاهده گردید. به طور کلی افزودن مونت موریلونیت می تواند باعث بهبود فراسنجه های خونی مانند اوره، گلوکز، کلسیم، فسفر و منیزیم خون در در بزغاله های سانن گردد ولی تاثیری بر کراتین، کلسترول، تری گلسرید و آلبومین خون بزغاله های سانن ندارد.

The effect of adding montmorillonite to milk on some blood parameters of Sun goats

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of adding montmorillonite to the milk of Sanen goats on the measurement of some blood and biochemical parameters. To conduct a reasearch on the treatment of goats in 3 groups, including: treatment 1) control without montmorillonite, treatment 2) supplementing 1% of the consumed milk weight with montmorillonite and treatment 3) supplementing 3% of the consumed milk weight with montmorillonite. In order to check the blood parameters, blood sampling was done on two occasions on the 14th and 42nd, and the collected data were statistically analyzed using SAS statistical software. Comparison of means between each significant attribute was done with Tukey-Kramer test. According to the obtained results, a decreasing trend of urea content was observed in the treatments containing montmorillonite compared to the control treatment. In general, the addition of montmorillonite can improve blood parameters such as urea, glucose, calcium, phosphorus, and magnesium in the blood of Sanen goats, but it has no effect on creatinine, cholesterol, triglyceride, and albumin in the blood of Sanen goats.
