پایش و ثبت جمعیت بز کرکی رایینی

پایش، شناسایی و ثبت جمعیت‌ها و نژادهای دام و طیور بومی هر کشور ضرورتی انکارناپذیر است. این جمعیت‌ها، علاوه بر آن‌که میراث ملی هر کشور محسوب می‌گردند به‌عنوان میراثی جهانی نیز مطرح می‌باشند. اطلاعات حاصل از شناسایی و ثبت جمعیت‌های بومی هر کشور برای هر نوع تصمیم‌گیری و تدوین استراتژی‌های حفاظت از ذخایر ژنتیکی مورد نیازند. لذا در این تحقیق گله‌های خالص بز کرکی رایینی شناسایی شد و از بین آن‌ها تعداد 5 گله با جمعیت 1200 راس بز خالص انتخاب گردید. بعد از اندازه‌گیری‌های لازم و تکمیل برگه‌های مربوطه، اطلاعات در رایانه ذخیره گردید. برای تلفیق اطلاعات فایل‌های مختلف و آماده‌سازی داده‌ها از برنامه (2013) excel و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماری r استفاده گردید. میانگین صفات دور سینه، طول بدن و ارتفاع جدوگاه به ترتیب 34/70، 4/54 و 58/57 سانتی‌متر؛ وزن تولد، وزن یک‌ماهگی، وزن دوماهگی، وزن سه‌ماهگی، وزن زمان فروش، وزن بلوغ و وزن بیده به ترتیب 95/1، 27/4، 73/7، 01/11، 92/16، 79/29 و432/0کیلوگرم؛ میزان آبستنی، میزان دوقلوزایی، تعداد بزغاله متولدشده و شیرگیری شده در هر زایش به ترتیب 90/0، 09/0، 09/1 و 98/0 راس؛ چربی، پروتئین، کل مواد جامد و لاکتوز شیر به ترتیب 34/3، 58/3، 83/11 و 77/4 درصد؛ وزن کرک، بازده و قطر کرک به ترتیب 6/295 گرم، 24/70 درصد و 80/18 میکرون به دست آمد.

Monitoring and registration of the Rayeni Cashmere goat population

The monitoring, identification and recording the populations of the livestock and poultry for each country is indispensable. These populations, are considered as all world heritage. Information from the identification and registration of indigenous populations in each country is required for protecting genetic resources. Therefore, in this research, pure herds of Rayeni cashmere goat were identified and five herds were selected with pure goat population. After the necessary measurements and filling out the relevant forms, information was stored on the computer. To combine different file information and prepare data, Excel Program (2013) was used, and R software was used to analyzing the data. The mean of traits, chest circumference, body length and withers height,(cm) were 70.34, 54.4 and 57.58; birth weight, 1-month weight, 2-month weight, 3 months weight, weight of sales time, adult weight and cashmere weight (kg), were 1.95, 4.27, 7.73, 11.01, 16.92, 29.79 and 0.432; conception rate, twining rate, litter size at birth and litter size at weaning (N) were 0.90, 0.09, 1.09 and 0.98 ; fat, protein, total solids and Lactose (%) were , 3.34, 3.58, 11.83 and 4.77 and down weight (g), down yield (%) and down diameter (µm) were 295.6, 70.24 and 18.80 respectively.
