روشی جدید برای ارزیابی تقارن نمای پایه بینی بر مبنای تکنیک کدگذاری رنگ

تعیین میزان تقارن بینی در عمل جراحی زیبایی جهت انجام بهینه جراحی و کاهش تعداد جراحی های ترمیمی اهمیت بسزایی دارد. هدف این مقاله ارائه روشی جدید برای ارزیابی تقارن نمای پایه بینی مبتنی بر پردازش تصویر است. جهت انجام این کار از تکنیک کدگذاری رنگ برای تعیین مقدار تقارن نمای پایه بینی قبل و بعد از عمل، بر اساس معیار تشابه معرفی شده، استفاده شده است. روش ارائه شده روی داده های 50 بیمار مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و بر اساس مقدار تقارن نمای پایه قبل از عمل و بعد از عمل نرخ تغییرات محاسبه گردیده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که 64 درصد جراحی های انجام گرفته منجر به بهبود تقارن نمای پایه بینی شده است.

A New Method for Symmetry Evaluation of Base View of the Nose Based on Color-Coding Technique

Determining the degree of nasal symmetry in rhinoplasty is very important for optimal surgery and reducing the number of reconstructive surgeries. The purpose of this paper is to present a new method for evaluating the symmetry of the base view of the nose based on image processing. To do this, the color-coding technique has been used to determine the value of base view of nasal symmetry before and after rhinoplasty based on the introduced similarity criterion. The presented method is applied on the 50 subjects and the rate of change is calculated according on the value of base view symmetry before and after the operation. The results show that 64% of the performed surgeries, improved the symmetry of the base view of the nose.
