بررسی نقش زنان در دوران هشت سال دفاع مقدس: مطالعه کیفی

دوران هشت سال دفاع مقدس بسیار مهم و نقش اقشار مختلف در آن بسیار پررنگ بوده است. یکی از این اقشار زنان هستند که در کنار سایر اقشار جامعه اقدامات و نقش‌های مهمی را داشته‌اند. اهمیت این عامل، انگیزه ای شد تا پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی نقش زنان در دوران هشت سال دفاع مقدس، انجام گیرد. پژوهش حاضر به شیوه کیفی و با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت و یافته‌های منتشرشده در خصوص نقش زنان در بازه حدود 12 سال اخیر، از 1390 تا 1402 در مجلات فارسی با کلیدواژه‌های زنان و بانوان به همراه دفاع مقدس و جنگ در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی «google scholar»، «ensani»، «noormags»، «civilica»، «sid» و » magiran « موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. درنهایت 15 مقاله، وارد مطالعه حاضر شد. یافته‌های حاصل حاکی از این است که نقش زنان را می‌توان در مضامین طبابت و تیمارداری، رزمی و نظامی، اسوه گری و الگو محوری، نقش اجتماعی، تعلیم و تربیت و خانواده طبقه بندی کرد. در دوران هشت سال دفاع مقدس علی‌رغم بیان شفاهی نقش‌های مختلف افراد در این مقوله،تبیین و تاکیدی مصداقی بر نقش زنان در جنگ موضوعی است که پرداختن به آن به‌صورت جزئی از جهات گوناگونی همچون تقابل با کلیشه‌های جنسیتی و تاکید بر نقش‌های کمتر شنیده‌شده‌ی زنان به‌خصوص در حوزه‌ی نظامی اهمیتی حیاتی دارد.

examining the role of women during the eight-year sacred defense: a qualitative study

the roles of various social groups during the eight-year sacred defense were significant and impactful. among these groups, women played a crucial role alongside other segments of society, undertaking important actions and roles. the significance of this topic inspired the present study to examine the role of women during the eight-year sacred defense.this qualitative study employs thematic analysis to examine findings published over approximately the past 12 years, from 2011 to 2023, in persian journals using the keywords women and ladies along with sacred defense and war in databases such as google scholar, ensani, noormags, civilica, sid, and magiran. ultimately, 15 articles were included in this study.the findings indicate that women’s roles can be categorized into themes such as medical and nursing care, combat and military roles, role models and leadership, social roles, education, and family. despite the oral recounting of various roles during the eight-year sacred defense, a detailed and specific emphasis on the roles of women in the war is crucial. addressing these roles comprehensively is vital for confronting gender stereotypes and emphasizing the less-heard contributions of women, particularly in the military sector.
