سطح بندی ابعاد مدل فرهنگ‌سازمانی مبتنی بر مقاومت اسلامی در مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی با روش معادلات ساختاری تفسیری

هدف پژوهش حاضر سطح بندی ابعاد مدل فرهنگ‌سازمانی مبتنی بر مقاومت اسلامی در مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی با روش معادلات ساختاری تفسیری است. این پژوهش دارای رویکردی آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) است که از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای -کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش، پیمایشی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش، ترکیبی از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی بوده است و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مراجعه به اسناد، مصاحبه با خبرگان و پرسشنامه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل اساتید دانشگاه، صاحب‌نظران در زمینه فرهنگ مقاومت اسلامی و مدیران ارشد استانداری و همرزمان شهید سلیمانی می‌باشد که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند تعداد آن‌ها 21 نفر برآورد شده است؛ تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در این پژوهش به کمک نرم‌افزارهای nvivo ویراست 11 excel ویراست 2019، spss ویراست 26 استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از کدگذاری باز داده‌های کیفی گردآوری شده منجر به استخراج 99 کد اولیه، 33 مضمون پایه و 11 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده گردید. همچنین نتایج نشان می‌دهد 11 مضمون مدل فرهنگ‌سازمانی مبتنی بر مقاومت اسلامی در مکتب شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی در استانداری سیستان و بلوچستان در سه سطح قرار گرفته است و «فرهنگ راهبرد محور»، «فرهنگ ترویج ارزش‌های اسلامی»، «فرهنگ تعهد محور»، «فرهنگ مقاومت و پایداری» و «فرهنگ مشارکت و همکاری» تاثیرگذارترین مضامین پژوهش و مضامین «فرهنگ عدالت محوری»، «فرهنگ اخلاق مدار»، «فرهنگ انتقاد پذیری» و «فرهنگ جهادی و انقلابی گری» تاثیر پذیرترین مضامین پژوهش هستند.

this research aims to rank the dimensions of the organizational culture model based on islamic resistance in the school of martyr haj qasem soleimani using interpretive structural modeling (ism). this study follows a mixed-method approach (qualitative and quantitative) and is developmental-applied in its objective, utilizing a survey methodology. the data collection method combines both library research and field studies, employing documents, expert interviews, and questionnaires as tools.the statistical population of this research includes university professors, experts in the field of islamic resistance culture, senior managers of the governorate, and comrades of martyr soleimani, selected through purposive sampling, estimated at 21 individuals. data analysis in this study was conducted using nvivo version 11, excel version 2019, and spss version 26 software.the qualitative data collected resulted in the extraction of 99 initial codes, 33 basic themes, and 11 organizing themes. the results indicate that the 11 themes of the organizational culture model based on islamic resistance in the school of martyr haj qasem soleimani in the governorate of sistan and baluchestan are categorized into three levels. the most influential themes identified are: strategy-oriented culture, culture of promoting islamic values, commitment-oriented culture, culture of resistance and perseverance, and culture of participation and cooperation. the most impacted themes include: justice-oriented culture, ethical culture, culture of accepting criticism, and culture of jihad and revolutionary spirit.
