مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری حل مسائل پیچیده در دوران دفاع مقدس

هر کشوری با مسائل متعدد و متکثر مواجه است که حل آن‌ها منوط به داشتن مدلی برای تعیین اولویت‌ها، تبیین زوایای مسائل، طراحی راه‌حل‌ها و غیره است. ازآنجایی‌که اقتضائات کشورها با یکدیگر متفاوت می باشد؛ نیازمند مدل بومی متناسب با اقتضائات خود هستیم. ایران پسا انقلاب اسلامی با اقتضائات نشات گرفته از سه‌گانه ایرانیت، اسلامیت و مدرنیته با مسائل پیچیده‌ای مواجه شد. در این میان، دفاع مقدس دربردارنده دانشی کارآمد و بومی در شناخت و حل مسائل پیچیده، تجربه شده است؛ این درحالی است‌که این دانش، ضمنی است و برای تبدیل‌شدن به دانش صریح نیازمند بررسی، تعمیق و مدل‌سازی می‌باشد. در مقاله حاضر با بررسی تجربیات زیسته فرماندهان دفاع مقدس و نحوه مواجهه ایشان با مسائل پیچیده و با استفاده از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 8 نفر از خبرگان دوران دفاع مقدس، 180 شناسه، 31 مضمون پایه، 8 مضمون سازمان‎دهنده شناسایی و سپس با استفاده از روش ism، مدل ساختاری تفسیری آن را ارائه شده است. نتایج نشان داد به منظور مواجهه با مسائل پیچیده در دفاع مقدس از الگویی 8 مرحله‌ای شامل شناخت وضعیت مطلوب، جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، تجزیه‌وتحلیل وضع موجود، کشف و شناسایی مسائل، محیط‌شناسی، ایده‌پردازی، برنامه‌ریزی اقدام و ارزیابی و اثرسنجی استفاده شده است و این الگو قابل تسری به سایر عرصه‌های مدیریتی مورد نیاز در انقلاب اسلامی می‌باشد.

interpretive structural modeling of solving complex problems in the period of holy defense

every country faces with various problems in which the solutions related to those depend on having a model for setting priorities, explaining the angles of the problems, designing solutions, etc. since the requirements of the countries have been different from each other, we needed a local model suitable to our needs. post-islamic revolution of iran also faced complex issues with the needs regarding to the iranianness, islamism, and modernity. in the meantime, holy defense has been experienced in carrying efficient and native knowledge in recognizing and solving complex issues while this knowledge is implicit and needs to be investigated, deepened and modeled to become explicit knowledge. the present article examines the practical experiences of the holy defense commanders and how they face complex issues, using the theme analysis strategy and semi-structured interviews with 8 experts of the holy defense era, identifying 180 identifiers, 31 basic themes, 8 organizing themes and then using the ism method, he presented its interpretive structural model. the results showed that in order to face the complex issues in the sacred defense of an 8-step model including recognition of the desired situation, information gathering, analysis of the current situation, discovery and identification of issues, environmental science, idea generation, action planning and evaluation and effectiveness measurement. it has been used and can be extended to other management fields needed in the islamic revolution.
