ظهور داعش در اقلیم کردستان عراق، فرصت ها و چالش های امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

اگر به نقشه کشورهای منطقه، به ویژه چهار کشور سوریه، ایران، عراق و ترکیه و نیز پراکندگی کردها نگاهی بیندازیم، درمی‌یابیم که این کشورها در یکی از بحرانی‌ترین مناطق دنیا قرار گرفته‌اند. در ده‌های اخیر بحران‌های بزرگی در این منطقه روی داده است؛ بحران‌هایی که خود کردها مولود آن می‌باشند. کردستان عراق در حوزه کشش و رانش سه میدان فرهنگی و تمدنی، ایرانی، عرب و ترک قرار دارد. میدان‌های مذکور، میدان‌های ایدئولوژیک با نگرش‌های تکنوکراتیک – الیگارشیک هستند که قابلیت جذب در میدان را برای کردها به حداقل می‌رساند.پژوهش حاضر ضمن پاسخگویی به سوال اصلی یعنی تاثیر ظهور داعش در اقلیم کردستان عراق بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، با بررسی شناخت محیطی و روابط دوجانبه ایران و کردستان عراق در بحران داعش، فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های این بحران بر امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار می‌دهد. روش پژوهش، آمیخته‌ای از تجربیات میدانی محقق و استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای است. بنا به یافته‌های پژوهش، چالش ها از فرصت ها بیشتر بوده و حضور گروهک‌های معاند با جمهوری اسلامی ایران از قبیل حزب دمکرات ایران، حزب کومله، p.k.k و سایر گروهک‌ها، مسئله قومیتی کردها و در پی آن رویای تشکیل کردستان بزرگ، ارتباطات روزافزون کردها با آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی در آشکار و پنهان، ایجاد حیاط‌خلوتی امن برای فعالیت هسته‌های مخفی گروهک‌های تروریستی داعش، از  مهم‌ترین چالش‌های امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی در حوزه اقلیم کردستان عراق می‌باشد.

the emergence of isis in the kurdistan region of iraq, the opportunities and challenges of the national security of the islamic republic of iran

if we look at the map of the countries of the region, especially the four countries of syria, iran, iraq and turkey, as well as the dispersion of the kurds, we find that these countries are located in one of the most critical regions of the world. in recent decades, major crises have occurred in this region. the crises that the kurds themselves have born them of. iraqi kurdistan is located in the pull and thrust of three cultural and civilization fields, iranian, arab and turkish. the mentioned fields are ideological fields with technocratic-oligarchic attitudes, which minimizes the ability to be absorbed in the field for the kurds. the present research, answering the main question that is, the impact of the emergence of isis in the kurdistan region of iraq on the national security of the islamic republic of iran, examines the environmental awareness and bilateral relations between iran and iraqi kurdistan in the isis crisis, and the opportunities and challenges of this crisis on the national security of the islamic republic of iran.  analyzes. the research method is a combination of the researcher’s field experiences and the use of library resources. according to the findings of the research, the challenges such as: the presence of groups hostile to the islamic republic of iran “the democratic party of iran, komleh party, p.k.k” and other groups, the ethnic issue of the kurds and then the dream of forming a greater kurdistan, the increasing openly and secretly relations of the kurds with america and the zionist regime, creating a safe backyard for the activities of the secret branches of isis terrorist groups are more than the opportunities which is one of the most important national security challenges of the islamic republic of iran in the kurdistan region of iraq.
