مولفه‌های مدیریت جهادی در سیره فرماندهی شهید حسن باقری

مدیریت جهادی، حرکت، تلاش و مبارزه ای است که با انگیزه الهی، توام با درایت و تدبیر، با عزمی راسخ و مجاهدانه برای رهایی از چالش‌ها و مشکلات (درونی و بیرونی) در رشد و توسعه همه‌جانبه کشور صورت می‌گیرد. در دوران دفاع مقدس، حماسه های بی نظیر و ماندگار دیده شد و مقام معظم رهبری بارها از آن به عنوان الگوی مدیریت جهادی موثر برای حل مشکلات کشور نام برده اند. این پژوهش با رویکرد تحلیلی- توصیفی و با تلفیقی از منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای، تجربه میدانی (مشاهده مشارکتی) و مصاحبه عمیق با هدف تعیین «مشخصه ها و مولفه‌های مدیریت جهادی در سیره فرماندهی شهید حسن باقری» به رشته تحریر درآمده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج تحقیق: با بررسی کتابخانه ای در زندگی نامه، سخنرانی‌ها، یادداشت‌ها و وصیت‌نامه شهید حسن باقری، چهار شاخصه مدیریت جهادی با عناوین و مشخصه های اجتماعی- فرهنگی، اعتقادی- اخلاقی، تفکری- بینشی و میدانی-  عملیاتی شناسایی شدند و در نهایت نتیجه گرفته شد که در شرایط کنونی و در مقابله با جنگ هیبریدی و همه‌جانبه دشمن در مسیر تحقق گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی، با شناسایی این مولفه ها می توانیم برای به حقیقت پیوستن دستاوردهای مجاهدانه بیش از چهار دهه دفاع مقدس قدمی برداریم.

jihadi management is a movement, effort and struggle that is carried out with divine motivation, combined with tact and prudence, with a firm and militant determination to get rid of challenges and problems (internal and external) in the comprehensive growth and development of the country. during the sacred defense, unique and lasting epics were seen and the supreme leader has repeatedly mentioned it as an effective model of jihadist management to solve the country’s problems.  this research has been written with an analytical-descriptive approach and with a combination of documentary and library sources, field experience (participatory observation) and in-depth interview with the aim of determining &characteristics and components of jihadi management in the life of martyr hassan bagheri&.findings and results: by examining the library in the biography, lectures, notes and will of martyr hassan bagheri, four characteristics of jihadi management with the titles and characteristics of socio-cultural, belief-moral, thought-vision and field-operational were identified. finally, it has been concluded that in the current situation and in the face of the hybrid and all-out war of the enemy on the way to prove the second step of the islamic revolution, by identifying these components, we can take a step to realize the mujahedeen achievements of more than four decades of sacred defense.
