علل و انگیزه‌های راهبردی رخداد جنگ تحمیلی

تهاجم نظامی عراق به ایران در 31 شهریور 1359، در کمتر از دو سال از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی به صورت رسمی آغاز و به مدت 8 سال طول کشید. این رخداد نظامی که از آن به‌عنوان طولانی‌ترین منازعه نظامی کلاسیک قرن بیستم یاد می‌شود، سبب هزینه‌های معنوی و مادی بسیاری برای این دو کشور شد. جنگ هشت ساله در کنار پیامدهای داخلی برای دو کشور، سبب تغییرات سیاسی و نظامی گسترده‌ای در نظم منطقه‌ای و ترتیبات آتی شد که ضرورت تحقیق در این خصوص را ایجاب می‌کند. این پژوهش با نگاهی کالبد‌شکافانه به ریشه‌یابی این رخداد نظامی می‌پردازد تا معین شود چه علل و عواملی سبب رخداد نظامی و تسریع آن شده است؟ صورت‌بندی فرضیه نشان از مجموعه‌ای از متغیرهای به‌هم‌پیوسته سیاسی، نظامی، اجتماعی، تاریخی می‌دهد که برخی از این متغیرها با تقویت متغیرهای دیگر، نقش تاثیرگذاری در رخداد جنگ با استفاده از «زور و قدرت سخت» برای حل «مسئله ایران» داشته؛ به‌طوری‌ که هیچ‌کدام به‌تنهایی نمی‌تواند آغازکننده جنگ باشد. از جمله اهداف اصلی نوشتار کنونی، دست‌یابی به نقطه مشترک در رخداد جنگ تحمیلی بوده که همان انباشت تسلیحات و گسترش و توسعه «قدرت سخت» در کنار قدرت نرم است. پژوهش حاضر به‌ صورت جامع، مجموعه عوامل تاثیرگذار در رخداد جنگ تحمیلی را با نگاه به استفاده از قدرت سخت برای دست‌یابی به اهداف، مورد واکاوی قرار می‌دهد. شناخت اهداف و زمینه اصلی رخداد جنگ تحمیلی (انباشت قدرت سخت) از دستاوردهای اصلی نوشتار کنونی است. مواد خام این مقاله با استفاده از اسناد و مدارک جنگ تحمیلی گردآوری و با روش توصیفی‌– تحلیلی با رویکردی به آینده، گذشته را برای اهداف امروزی، مورد کنکاش‌ و آزمون قرار می‌دهد.

the occurrence of the imposed war, the causes and motives

iraq’s military invasion of iran on september 1979, in less than two years after the victory of islamic revolution, was officially launched and lasted for 8 years. this military event, referred to as the longest classical military conflict of the twentieth century, caused many spiritual and material costs for the two countries. the eight-year war, along with the domestic consequences for the two countries, has led to a widespread political and military change in regional order and future arrangements that require the necessity to this research. so, this research focuses on the root of this military event to determine that what causes and factors have caused a military event and accelerating it? the forming of the hypothesis shows a complete connected political, military, social and historical variables that with the strengthening of some other variables have had an impact role in the incident of war using force and hard power to solve &iran’s problem&. so that none of them cannot be alone the cause of the war to start. one of the main goals of the current article is to achieve a common point in the incident of the imposed war, which is the same as the accumulation of weapons and the development of &hard power& along with soft power. the present research is a comprehensive collection of influential factors in the incident of imposed war by looking at using hard power to achieve goals. understanding the goals and the main field of the occurrence of the imposed war (accumulation of hard power) is the main achievements of the current article. the raw materials of this article have been collected using the imposed war documents with the descriptive-analytical method with a future approach to test the past for today’s purposes.
