جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران در نگرش اندیشمندان دفاعی و امنیتی

این مقاله سعی دارد ضمن بررسی علل وقوع جنگ ها به‌خصوص جنگ ایران و عراق، به بررسی دیدگاه های تحلیل‌گران دفاعی و امنیتی پیرامون دفاع مقدس، بپردازد.از این رو با توجه به ماهیت عنوان و همچنین در مسیر پاسخگویی به پرسش‌ مقاله، در این تحقیق از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی استفاده شده است. این مقاله از نظر نوع تحقیق در دسته پژوهش‌های نظری – کاربردی قرار دارد. روش و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات و داده‌ها نیز به شیوه کتابخانه‌ای – اسنادی، رجوع به سخنرانی‌ها و فرمایشات امام(ره) و مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله‌العالی) و منابع اینترنتی می‌باشد. با تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها می توان به سوال اصلی مقاله که همان «نگرش و دیدگاه اندیشمندان دفاعی و امنیتی پیرامون جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران چیست؟» است، پاسخ داد. در پاسخ به این سوال باید گفت که: عامل اصلی برپایی جنگ بین ایران و عراق جدال دو ابرقدرت بزرگ به نام غرب و شرق بودن. این قدرت ها انقلاب نوپای جمهوری اسلامی ایران را به عنوان تهدیدی بزرگ برای اهداف خود قلمداد می کردند. لذا به واسطۀ عراق وارد جنگ با ایران شدند.نتایج تحقیق که با جمع‌بندی دیدگاه‌های مختلف به‌خصوص دیدگاه‌های امامین انقلاب اسلامی درباره دفاع مقدس احصاء شده است بیانگر آن است که نقطۀ اشتراک تمامی نظریه‌های پیرامون جنگ تحمیلی عراق علیه ایران، تاکید بر تغییر وضعیت پیامدها به‌عنوان بستر اصلی وقوع جنگ و تحریک اختلافات مرزی در پی خلا قدرت و تلاش عراق برای جبران آن و از همه مهم‌تر نقش دو ابرقدرت غرب و شرق بوده است.

this article tries to investigate the causes of wars, especially the iraqi – iran from the view point of  the defense and security analysts about the sacred war. therefore, due to the nature of research and its topic and as well as respond to its questions, descriptive - analytical method has been used. this article is the kind of theoretical - applied research category. methods and tools for data and information collecting are in a manner of library – documentation also referring to the speeches and sayings of imam khomeini and the supreme leader and internet resources.  by analyzing the data, we can be reply the main question of &outlooks of defense and security scholars about the iraqi imposed war against iran?& in response to this question it should be said that the main cause of the war between iran and iraq was the struggle between two great powers of the west and east. these two powers considered the fledgling revolution of the islamic republic of iran as a major threat to their targets. therefore, they engaged in war with iran by iraq. the results with conclusions from the different perspectives, especially those of two leaders of islamic revolution on the sacred defense recognized, state that the common point of all theories about the iraqi imposed war against iran, emphasizing the changing of consequences as the main platform of war and instigating border disputes in vacuum of power situation try of and iraqi efforts for compensating it and, most important of all, was the role of the two superpowers of east and west.
