بررسی و تحلیل تاکتیک های نظامی گروه تکفیری داعش در جنگ نیابتی علیه دولت و ملت سوریه

پدیده جنگ در کلیه منابع، اشاره به منازعه‌ی مسلحانه دارد. بی تردید شیوه‌های جنگ با پیشرفت تکنولوژی نیز تغییر کرده است. جنگ‌های نیابتی در انتخاب شیوه‌ها و تاکتیک با دیگر جنگ ها تفاوت دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تجزیه و تحلیل تاکتیک‌های نظامی گروه تکفیری داعش و اولویت‌بندی آنها در جنگ نیابتی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب برای مقابله با آن است. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی –تحلیلی می‌باشد. تلاش شده است تا اطلاعات پیرامون تاکتیک‌های نظامی داعش، با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای و مراجعه به اسناد و مدارک موجود، مصاحبه با افراد خبره در منطقه و تجربه محقق و همچنین از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شده و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گیرد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که داعش در عملیات‌های نظامی (رزم) خود به‌طور عمده از تاکتیک‌های کمین 80%، انتحاری 75%، تاخت 70%، استفاده از زمین 75% و تاکتیک‌های روانی (رعب وحشت 90%، شایعه 75%، عوام فریبی 65%، تفرقه و غیره بیشترین بهره را برده است). همچنین داعش از آموزش و تجهیز نیروها با استفاده از مدرن‌ترین و به‌روزترین تجهیزات بهره‌برداری کرده است. برای مقابله با تاکتیک‌های داعش پیشنهادهایی چون اجرای کمین در عمق، اجرای تاخت در سحرگاه و...، با در نظر گرفتن شرایط محیطی و بالا بردن سطح رفاه مردم (آموزش، بهداشت، توسعه کشاورزی و غیره)، ارائه شده است.

deliberating and analyzing the military tactics of isil takfiri group in the proxy war against the government and the people of syria

the phenomenon of war in all sources refers to the armed conflict. undoubtedly, with the advancement of technology the ways and the methodology of war have been changed. the proxy wars are different from the other wars in choosing ways and tactics. this study aimed to analyze and prioritize the military tactics of the proxy war of isil takfiri group and provide appropriate solutions to deal with it. this study is an applied research for the purpose of it’s aim and method is descriptive-analytic one. data about the tactics of isil have been gathered through the library method by referring to the related documents and also by interviewing with the experts in this field based on the author’s experience and finally it has been analyzed by the questionnaire. the results show that isis in its military operations (combat) mainly has used the tactics: ambush %80, suicide %75, attacked by %70, land using %75 and psychological tactics: terror %90, rumor %75, demagogy %65, divisive and so on. also the isis by training and equipping its forces has used the most modern and up to date equipment in its operations. to encounter with the tactics of isis, some suggested tactics such as ambush in-depth, enforcement raid at dawn with regard to the environment and also improving the welfare of people in the field of education, health, agricultural development and etc are presented.
