نقش عشایر استان ایلام در دفاع و امنیت مرزی استان (دوران هشت ساله دفاع مقدس)

موضوع این تحقیق، بررسی نقش عشایر استان ایلام در دفاع مقدس وحفظ امنیت مرزهای استان است. هدف کلی در قالب این سوال اصلی مطرح شده است: «آیا عشایر استان در دفاع مقدس و امنیت مرزی نقش داشته‌اند؟».متغیر مستقل: عشایر استان ایلام و شناخت عوامل موثر در توانمندی‌های عشایر در ارتباط با امنیت مرزها و متغیر وابسته «امنیت و دفاع مرزی عشایر استان ایلام» است.تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی است وبا روش توصیفی، تحلیلی و پیمایشی انجام نشده است.در این تحقیق جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی صورت گرفته و از ابزار مطالعه اسناد و مدارک، فیش‌برداری، بررسی نقشه‌ها و تصاویر و نیز مصاحبه، پرسش‌نامه و مشاهده استفاده شده است. در اسناد کتابخانه‌ای، از اسناد سازمان‌ها و نهادهای امنیتی، جزوات و کتاب‌های منتشره، مستندات لازم جمع‌آوری شده و مصاحبه به‌عنوان یکی از ابزارهای معتبر با دعوت از فرماندهان، بزرگان طوایف و افراد موثر در سازماندهی و حضور عشایر به‌صورت تیمی در قالب سوالات مشخص، انجام شده و بعد از آن جهت روایی و تایید تحلیلی تحقیق، پرسش‌نامه‌ای تهیه و بین جامعه آماری توزیع شده و نتایج جمع‌آوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته که تاییدکننده «حضور عشایر در روزهای اولیه تهاجم دشمن، تشکیل پایگاه‌ها با انجام پشتیبانی مردمی و کُند حرکت دشمن، و در ادامه، حضور فعال در قالب تشکیلات سازمان رزم، گردان‌ها، تیپ و لشکر سازمانی» است. در نهایت نتیجه می‌گیریم که نقش عشایر استان ایلام به موقع، مهم، مثبت و اثرگذار در امنیت مرزی استان و دفاع مقدس بوده است.

role of the tribes of ilam province in its border defense and security (during the eight years of sacred defense)

the subject of this study is to investigate the role of tribes of ilam province in the sacred defense and in its borders security. its main objective is raised in terms of this question: &had the nomads of this province any role in the war and border security?& independent variable is: tribes of ilam province and the effective factors in nomadic capabilities in relation to border security and the dependent variable is:& security and tribes border defense in ilam &. this study is an applied research with descriptive - analytical and survey method. in this study, data have been collected by tools of library and documents studying, taking notes, studying maps and images as well as interviews, questionnaires and observation. in the library documents, we used the documents of security organizations and institutions, related published pamphlets and books and gathered the necessary documentation and interviews by inviting the leaders, tribal elders and influential people in the organizing them as a team and prepared it as a valid tool in the form of specific questionnaires. then to verify the validity and do the analytical study, a questionnaire was distributed among the population. the results are collected and analyzed, which confirms that &the presence of nomads in the early days of the invasion of the enemy with the people supported manner and by slowing down the movement of enemy and in the continuation by active participation in the formation of combat, battalion, brigade and division organization were very effective. finally, we conclude that the role of the tribes of ilam province was timely, important, positive and effective at the security of border in the holy defense.
