Purpose: this study aim is to provide a model for evaluating online stores, using the hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy theory. methodology: the present study is an applied researche whose information has been collected according to expert opinions and then the result has been examined using multi-criteria decision models. findings: the results show that user privacy is most important factors in online shopping. overall, the results of this study provide a model for decision-makers to help them improve key performance index in e-commerce service design. originality/value: for the first time, this study seeks to propose a new hierarchical evaluation model for online sales firms based on the customer's point of view.
